The service is quite good, but there's an issue with duplicate insurance! There should be information prompts from both the domestic and rental car companies! They need to share information with each other!
Pick-up in San Francisco was smooth with no upselling. Received the invoice just minutes after returning the car in Los Angeles, which included an additional $18 for toll fees. The deposit was canceled within a few days. Very good service.
Out of three vehicles, two were not available at the correct time and we had to wait an additional 45 minutes. We ended up downgrading to a Dodge Grand Caravan. The staff at the rental company were quite friendly and did not push for additional insurance.
