This company is not good; the queue time is long. They require a credit card hold of 1200 euros when picking up the car. If you don't have one, you are forced to purchase their insurance for 70 euros. An additional 40 euros is required to go to Andorra.

Laura at the check-in counter was very kind and patient.

The car was of good quality and cleanliness. The process to collect the car is very poor . Most of the details were already submitted online or could have been. There is a very ancient amount of paperwork and being asked to put my email address on a scrap of paper was unbelievable - you already had that information at time of booking.

Booking was quite easy.

Like: Good vehicle. Great dropoff experience. Quick & easy.
Dislike: Too long a wait at pickup. Over an hour.
