Good value. Very satisfied

The service is quite good, but there's an issue with duplicate insurance! There should be information prompts from both the domestic and rental car companies! They need to share information with each other!

The service attitude was excellent and very patient with poor English speakers. They also recommended more suitable models at lower prices.

Representative at pickup was not interested. Elevator was not working. He said there was no other and that we would have to use the stairs. There was a second elevator - he just didn't catd enough to let us know.

Like: We loved the Ford Suv. It drove very well....very good turn ratio and handled the sharp curves in the mountains well. It was very clean. I am now thinking about buying one!!
Dislike: I did not realize this company was associated with England. When I picked up the car they asked me for a passport which I did not have because I am a USA citizen. They said this company gave me an European discount which made the rates lower. I guess this also would have effected my coverage if I had been in an accident. My insurance would have covered me but it would have been a real hassle.
