the car was dirty, smelled like smoke, gas was not full, I believe I was downgraded cars. The gas tank was not full but expected to bull at return.... Could not get a hold of customer service to extend rental.. could not return the car until rental was extended so no late fee was given.. it kept transferring me to avis which could not help me... it was a complete run around...

Need more varrities of vehicle

Vehicle only had 3/4 tank of gas. I filled up before returning.

They didn’t not have a car available for me when I showed up so i ended up going with hertz

The car, the price everything was excellent but the service at the counter with only one agent helping the long line about 45mins wait.

Counter was easy to find, staff helpful and quick pickup. Would definitely try again!

Booking smooth and quick

They double booked the car I had, i got there first but another group approached me that they had the same car space number. When I dropped off, I was hit with a $20 late charge which no one told me about when dropping off. I only saw it when I got the credit card bill. I did not realize the drop off location was not right at the airport but an additional 15-20 minuted away.

I somehow was charged almost three times what I was quoted.

No I need a full size car and they gave me a glorified small cross over and called it an up grade. I had to food down the seat to fit my luggage and couldn’t use the car with the whole family with all the luggage in it.

Like: the color of the car, Was comfortable, gas mileage was good
Dislike: my bad, I drive a pickup in the Colorado Mtns. driving a small car in the city freaks me out. I almost reserved a pickup. Everything on your part was great

Well I suppose to get a Taurus-Ford I didn't. Then the gentlemen said I would get a newer car-Ok. But once got downstairs to get keys young lady couldn't find that car. She gave me another..

The windows of the vehicle were smudged and blurry. It also smelled like smoke when we entered the vehicle.

The agent upgraded me without asking or telling me and they charged me $80 additional. Very deceptive in the way it was done.

Everything went very well.

I will use them again.

We reserved a full size car and when we went to pick it up, the car that we were told when booking, we were told that the cars had been reclassified and it was now in the next size up so we were given a smaller car. We almost didn’t get all of our luggage in the trunk.

The car did not even come close to my expectation. Never before have I rented a car that was a bare bones as this. When I reserved the car I expected to get a basic car. But this was way below basic (no power anything, windows doors) and then they tried to upsell/upgrade me at the counter for even just a basic car. if I would have know that was what I should expect I would have rented from another company and gotten a better car for the same price.

had to make extra trip back to airport, engine light on, next car air conditioner didn't work. the 4th car finally worked for us. Never rent from them again
