I explained to the staff that my flight was delayed by an hour and would appreciate it if they could speed up the process as my mother was seriously ill in hospital and myself and my sister were to go straight to the hospital, the Counter staff were rude and appeared to take longer than usual to go through the procedure and then gave me the wrong class of car, a Toyota aygo instead of a fiat 500L, when I queried this I was told it must be the right car. The vehicle fuel tank was only 5/8 full when it was meant to be full which meant I gave the car back with more fuel as it was hard to gauge 5/8. Worst experience with a car rental company I've ever had.
It took at least an hour to pick up the car! The procedures were very lengthy! They charged 60 euros for insurance for two days, which is outrageously expensive! Returning the car was also very slow! Make sure to allow plenty of time, or you'll miss your flight!
Still waiting on 800 euro refundable insurance, which will take 10-15 business days, but I don’t foresee any issues with the refund. Overall, experience was great. Cheap prices, good condition car, helpful staff.
The counter staff try to cheat us about car insurance, I paid for super protection package, they told us that package doesn't mean anything, you must pay 25€ per day for real insurance etc.
While dropping the car back they wanted to charge us about a scratch that already exist on the rear right door. We got the pictures of car in the pick up, so nothing happened (I guess).
The counter staff said that the deposit (900€) will be paid back a month later but I'm not sure they're keeping their words.
This rental company does not have a counter at the airport. They only had a person with a handwritten sign waiting for us, which was not very visible, so it took a while to find him. When processing the rental, he led us to some seats outside the airport. He also charged extra for a second driver. The deposit was 1800 euros. We rented a car from them for the first three days, and from another company for the last three days which only required a deposit of ¥650.

When we arrive to surprice office, even if we did full insurance, they want to sell us again insurance. And we paid extra 75 euro for 5 days. And they said, if we dont pay they will not rent car to us. It was terrible experience with surprice services.
The car was a great choice because I was expecting a golf size comparable and got a wagon type that was diesel which was an upgrade in my eyes due to fuel prices. The car was pretty much new and I enjoyed it for the 3 weeks. The staff spoke several languages and were knowledgeable and was a smooth process throughout surpassing my expectations. Would book through them again
The car broke down and the rent a car person came prepared for the issue even without me saying what it was, so it made me think they new the car had an issue already before handing it over to me.

I booked a Mercedes and got a Peugeot
On return we went to the drop of point and it was closed. Someone turned up and as the transport was full as more families were waiting. I told the company I will drive my full van to the airport as I would of had to wait another 30 minutes.
Also the wipers had a massive RIP in the middle so every time I wiped the window I had to use a towel so I could see
My score is less than yours will never use again
Great car and a quick handling service when we get the car. But it was a shame that when the car was returned, the petrol meter was broken and that the lady of the rental company did not believe that the tank was full. She didn't want to see the receipt, while the gas station is across the street from this rental company. It still feels annoying how the handing went. I had to go back to the station to refuel the tank so that it overflowed ;-(
Easy pick up although another desk person would help speed up the process. There were 2, and 1 was tied up with an elderly couple the entire time we were waiting.

Very fast and easy online process to book a rental. I would use Easyrentcars.com again.
The car was good. After being driven to pick up location. It took 4 hours to get the car. This is unacceptable it was 32 C outside, not a place to sit down or a place to get a bottle of water
Cannot recommend. We waited more than an hour and half to collect the car. The lady who then attended to us was ruse. They also charged us additional insurance even though we had hours which ended up costing more than the actual rental. The ca itself was fine but never again.
