SHOUQIZUCHE CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN SPAIN

Spent two hours looking for the Shouqi Car Rental company, it doesn't exist. Chose a Chinese car rental company for convenience, but ended up being served by a foreign company. Everything costs money. The GPS that was supposed to be free cost 60 euros. My friend clearly bought insurance and they claimed he didn't. Rented an Alfa Romeo but got a Buick instead, and they insisted it was a similar model. Faced many issues while returning the car. They claimed something was missing from the glove compartment, which I never even opened. They charged my card 300 euros, and I have no idea when I'll get a refund. Very disappointing, never renting from here again.

The car rental company charged unexplained fees amounting to 30% of the rental cost through QEEQ. I've rented many times here, including from the airport. The same company, same order, suddenly tells me there's a special location pickup fee. Why wasn’t this charged before? Shouldn’t this be mentioned when placing the order? I called QEEQ three times and was very dissatisfied twice. They said if the order doesn't special mention it, they can charge. Did your logic teacher teach sports? QEEQ is getting worse, becoming a big company that bullies customers.

Purely online booking, no manual intervention

The addresses for the pick-up and drop-off locations were completely wrong, making it incredibly hard for us to find them and nearly causing us to miss our flight. The staff member at the pick-up location had a terrible attitude and insisted we purchase additional insurance. Later, we had an accident, and upon returning home, I found that they charged an extra $70 on top of the $444 pre-authorization. This makes no sense since we had purchased full insurance from them! There was also no claim form provided, and the car we got was much worse than a Golf.

Very bad. The QEEQ order only showed Shouqi Car Rental without informing the user that the actual partner company was Europcar locally. Both the pickup and dropoff addresses were incorrect, causing a lot of wasted time! Almost missed the flight!

The queue was too slow.

The reserved car model wasn't ready, had to pay extra to switch models. Other services were fine. Returning the car was quite convenient.

Too few car options

The attitude was average. They only checked the translated document, not the original driver's license. There weren't many people.

The service was patient and meticulous, and communication was timely.

The staff were highly unprofessional and unclear about the contract details. They couldn't explain whether insurance was included. They aggressively pushed for an upgrade, and after I refused, they ignored my reasonable requests, causing a huge loss. They blamed the agency, saying the contract couldn't be modified because the order was placed through the agency. So the car could be upgraded but not the mileage limit?

Phone customer service was excellent

The service attitude is great, but the waiting time is a bit long.

Had a scratch abroad, and no one ever picks up the phone.

Neither the app nor the local service mentioned an airport construction fee, but I was charged over 200 when I returned home.

No need to wait in line in the morning as there are fewer people.

The actual service provided by Europcar was pretty good.
