It's okay, no aggressive insurance upselling.

Overall good, but when we arrived at the rental store, they told us they had no automatic cars left and switched us to a manual. Barcelona is full of hills, and we originally chose an automatic to make it easier. As a result, we had to start on hills all the time... My foot got sore...

Como punto negativo, el vehiculo se entrego con medio depósito y eso dificulta el llenado posterior para la entrega. La necesidad de tener una targeta de crédito y no sólo de débito también puede dar complicaciones.

The staff interaction was so horrible. They try to buy an expensive car and they don't explain anything about the car or the insurance conditions

Fantastic service. Had to cut our trip short due to family issues and Clara couldn't have been more helpful at the drop off.

The bumper damage was visible on pick Up, the emoloyee took photos of it and said it was in the database. But on drop off they said they did not see it in the system and wanted to charge us for damages. Luckily we had a video from pick up.

Didn’t have our car (estate) but were given a large SUV so had no space worries

Their service is just average. They didn't have a Volvo as promised, only a Golf. To get an Audi A3, I had to pay extra, which was very disappointing.

Unsatisfied, poor communication led to being overcharged and forced into added insurance. The car was in poor condition, the air conditioning couldn't be turned off, and it consumed a lot of oil.

Satisfied, the car has CarPlay which is very convenient.

There was only one attendant among the three rental companies, presumably a supervisor, with an extremely arrogant attitude. Although we arrived early, we ended up waiting in line for an hour. We had a 10 o'clock appointment but only got the car and left at 11. There were about 20 people in line, and only one person handling it, which was extremely unreasonable.

Overall it was okay. The staff at the store communicated in English without any issue and were quite patient. However, we were a bit late, and there was a queue to pick up the car. Then they told me the reserved model was not available. Either I had to upgrade at an extra cost or wait. The upgraded model did not come with any discount, and the additional cost did not include tax. Ultimately, the final payment required an extra 21% tax, which made it much more expensive than expected.

Overall very satisfied! The staff were very friendly, and when picking up the car, they just asked if I needed additional insurance without any hard sell or hassle. The return instructions were clear, and the receiving staff were very enthusiastic and friendly.

Alquilar un automovil debe ser algo placentero y que el cliente disfrute. Pero desde que uno llega al mostrador parece terrorismo, que el seguro adicional con unos valores super altos, que si le pasa algo al carro practicamente hay que hipotecar todo. Debería cambiar esa parte para que tengan más clientes y contentos. El viaje para mí fue muy bueno hasta que entregué el carro en la oficina. Por un impacto en la luna me cobraron 1200 euros adicionales, un robo total.
