No suitable cars available. Comparing a VW Golf to BMW, Mercedes, or Audi is unreasonable, even internationally.

The reserved car often differs from the one actually picked up. Although we purchased insurance when booking, we were forced to buy additional insurance at pickup.

Counter staff and on the phone were really helpful and polite, would definitely consider them for my next rental in Zaragoza

Reached out about the pick-up location but it wasn't very helpful

Picked up an automatic car 5 hours late and still didn't get the hybrid model.

1. They tried to sell me insurance, claiming that the one from Zuzuche wasn't valid. After arguing, I didn't purchase it at the store. 2. Online payment via Zuzuche was not accepted, and the store required full payment upfront. The duplicated charges haven't been refunded yet. 3. I booked a Ford SUV, but upon arrival, they said there were no similar cars available, offering an electric car instead. I refused and had to wait over 40 minutes to get a similar car, which was a KN. Very dissatisfied with the rental experience.

Hardly any queue, we got it done right away. We went around 8 PM.

The rental company sent an inexperienced person to handle the order who wasn't familiar with the procedures and didn't speak good English. They kept pushing us to buy insurance in a threatening manner, repeatedly emphasizing that our insurance was domestic, not theirs. They kept stressing that any damage would result in a €1,700 fine. It was incredibly frustrating, taking almost 4 hours to complete the rental process, wasting half the day. I don't know who to contact about this loss. I will never use this company again.
