Glad I went with this small company. No charge for adding a second driver. The staff was extremely quick to respond to my emails and pick up and drop off was quick and simple. Prices were very reasonable and got really great personalized service you won't find with the larger rental companies. The car was relatively low mileage and good condition.
The service was excellent. They patiently explained the traffic rules to us. They also provided round-trip transfers, which is something the local companies don’t offer. The car was in great condition and very new. Overall, it’s a positive review.
Top Rental pick up and drop of process was smooth and quick. Office was very efficient and friendly. We've had Nissan Tidda for week. Car was in good condition, very spacious and economical. I would highly recommend this Top Rental branch.
Genuinely pleasant experience renting from Top Cars in Auckland. No hard sell of any upgrades to insurance or extras. Instead got a pep talk on driving in New Zealand! Fully recommend
The service person was excellent. I was sorry I had no local currency left as he deserved a tip for his service. Tipping is rare and only for exceptional service in Australia.
