Overall good. The Toyota Prado runs on diesel and there's an additional charge of 6 cents per kilometer. Also, returning the car half an hour late cost me 88 dollars.
The overall process was simple, the staff at the pickup location provided clear directions, and we got an upgraded hybrid car which was very stable to drive.
I booked a Toyota Prado, but the first car I received was a Ford Everest without the equipped snow chains. I initially wanted to add this service, but the counter staff said it was included, which means the car should have had them. When I realized they were not there, I called, but no one answered within half an hour, and it still wasn't 9 PM, their closing time. The next day, coming down from the snowy mountain, I noticed a strange brake noise, a fault on the dashboard, and the steering wheel pulling to one side. After contacting the store, they asked me to return for an inspection and replaced it with a Mitsubishi Pajero on the spot. Since the store was in the opposite direction of my accommodation, it took an extra hour and a half round trip, plus I waited half an hour for the inspection and car swap at the store. I hope you can compensate for the inconvenience to my trip, the potential safety risks, and the wasted two hours.
This is my first time encountering an in-store payment method. There was a discrepancy between the actual payment and the contract amount. The car rental company seemed dissatisfied with QEEQ, but the staff was helpful in resolving the issue. The car was in good condition, which is commendable for a 29-day rental period.
Very satisfied. The staff at the rental office were very friendly when we picked up the car. Although our English was not good, they patiently explained all the necessary details. After completing the procedures, a staff member even led us to the car.
Booked a Toyota Corolla, but got a Kia instead. Only drove a few kilometers and returned it with a full tank. The staff was busy and took the keys. Later, I received an email saying the tank wasn't full and was charged extra.
