Decent people, but I guess you get what you pay for. Quite old car. 165K on the clock. Was actually younger than the first one they offered us. 3 different brands of tyres on, all quite worn. No car guide or manual.
Following the pickup process, I called the rental company upon arriving at the airport, and they quickly sent a car to pick me up. The waiting location was clearly specified.
Chinese language service is quite convenient. However, they promised to confirm in advance for after-hours returns, but no one was available when returning the car. I had to try my luck at another return location, luckily there was staff on duty.
The booking was for a 2017 model vehicle, but the actual car provided was a 2013 model. The vehicle was old, with multiple malfunctioning buttons, and complaints were unresolved. The pickup location was Queenstown.
