Dislike: GPS didn't match was outdated .. had a lot of lag and adress typically took a lot of satellite search ...

The pick-up and drop-off process was very quick. Later, I decided to extend by a day and it was easily handled with a phone call. Very convenient.

Like: Rented GPS which could still have location when google maps went offline due to no signal in the mountains.
Dislike: Although the rented GPS comes with English language, it is hard to search for places in English due to differences in spelling when Thai is translated to English. Not as intuitive as Google maps, which I depended on most of the time.

The staffs were quick checking me in and out.

Extremely disappointing rental experience. I was promised a four-door, five-seater car, but they gave me a two-door car at pickup! The back seat was practically for dogs! Requested a change, but they said no other cars were available. Never renting from this place again.

At Don Mueang airport, it's best to have signs directing to the car pick up location. The counter is across the street, and you need to find the entrance of the Amari Hotel to know where the Europcar counter is. This wastes travelers' time, so I hope it can be improved.
