Counter staff were professional and helpful. Brand new car, nice and clean, with a very high spec included. Pick up and drop off quick and easy. Very good price for the rental. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical. A car rental order with supplementary insurance paid in full 7 months ago was not fulfilled according to the terms specified in the order. Despite having over 200 days to freely change the order, vehicle model, and insurance types, they claimed 'will return to you'. Is it reasonable that the daily cost of an automatic compact car is higher than that of a BMW or Mercedes? The store charged additional fees that were more than double the already paid full cost, including supplementary insurance. Is this called professional?

I got a much smaller car a Peugeot 2008 and had to wait for an hour and a half to get it. Dreadful. I have made a complaint to Avis

Since the car I hired was fully booked, AVIS offered me a 7 seater car in order to fulfill my needs on carrying large luggages and number of small luggages. The car was brand new with few hundreds km used. It's really amazing.

The CS was quite helpful during my rental, there were instant reply for my sudden requests on cross border request and late return request. the service provided were excellent, efficient and professional.

We booked Seat Leon, but were given Peugeot 308, which is smaller as expected. We were also charged for refueling, despite returning the car in full tank, but we received the refund after complaints.

Previous rental did not include insurance. The Avis staff added insurance without informing us. Be cautious of this pitfall when renting a car.

As a member of the AVIS Preferred Plus program i recieved my usual upgrade, this time a triple from group B to Group E (from EDMR to IFMR). The RSA was not able to process a proper contract via their computer system, so it had been printed it and signed manually. The car (Skoda Karoq, medium sized SUV) had a 1.0l turbo-engine, which turned out to be very economical, using only 5.4l/100km petrol on the 900km trip (60% highway with max. 120km/h, 35% country roads, 5% city). Specs you might expect from a diesel but not from a petrol engine.

Great car, the agent upgraded us to a mini SUV for no additional cost.

The location for returning the car at Cologne station is not clearly marked, and the navigation on the car rental app is also incorrect. It took a lot of time to find the return location.

Первый раз арендую машину в авиас. Менеджер отнёсся с подозрением, проверил мой телефонный номер и позвонил на него. Возможно из-за этого и не дал запрашиваемую машину. Заказывал машину премиум класса, получил машину на уровень меньше, с меньшим пространством для пассажиров (vw tiguan) Менеджер утверждал , что других машин нет. Только после ссоры он мне выдал skoda superb, где хотя бы много пространства .

We have a different car. It was opel zafira with a Gps and more space for our luggages and peoplw as well. But we were charged more than expected,made a claim for a refund and they did.

There was hardly anyone at the rental store when I arrived, so there was almost no waiting time.

Picked up at Berlin airport, then changed the drop-off location to Leipzig. Deposit for fuel has not yet returned.

we had to wait for the car and did not get what we booked. the car was smaller and hard to put or luggage in the car was dirty inside and out windscreen was extremely dirty. no one new how to setup the GPS or change setting to english I could not recommend this dealer, I have rented many cars over the years and this would by fare be the worst state i have ever picked up a car If they had have had another car I would have taken it
