It was a new car clean and modern it has carplay which helped a lot when we connected I phone During my trip i had to add addblue fluid I contacted the rent company they advised to add and they will refund The rent company staff was very nice and helpful

Couldn't pick up the car. Amex card couldn't be used, and the chip UnionPay card also didn't work. Couldn't negotiate with the store and couldn't cancel the rental order. Wasted time and money. Really frustrating.

They wouldn't let me rent a car because my card didn't have my name on it, and they wouldn't refund my booking fee.

The car model was not as agreed, they charged for a hybrid car but provided a non-hybrid one.

The car was new.It was absolutely clean and perfect for 6 passengers and luggage. The staff at the airport and pick up and drop off were efficient and quick.

The QEEQ site is excellent.It was very easy to book my car.

Slightly coerced into paying the additional insurance - nearly the same as the hire price !! We were told we could lose 700 EUR for a scratch without it

Very long and not well described pickup process. Location is NOT at the airport, so 20-30 minutes just to get to a not very pleasant location. No seats, no water, long process, not enough staff. But, the price was great.

Random charges and arbitrary fees

The car rental company's service was just okay. They charged 75 euros for cross-border and additional driver fees when picking up the car. What I was unhappy about was the 1800 euros deposit which still hasn't been released. Last time, I rented a BMW 3 Series and they only held 600 euros for a Jeep Compass.

The rental service was acceptable, but the car provided by the Italian rental company was significantly different from what was promised. It had very limited space, and the driving and riding experience was poor. Additionally, I was forced to purchase extra insurance, spending several hundred euros unnecessarily. Though the amount isn't much, the forced purchase of unnecessary items is unacceptable. I will continue to use the rental service, but I won't rent cars from the Italian company in the future.

The local Italian car rental company lives up to its reputation, but the service is poor. The staff are indifferent, inexperienced, and the pickup process is slow. They even charged double the deposit because I didn't just use a credit card.

The car was a new model with only 2400 kilometers, a FIAT500 hybrid, which was pretty nice and fuel-efficient, though it struggled a bit on hills. My dissatisfaction lies with QEEQ. Firstly, their app incorrectly located the return address at the company's rental counter, causing me to circle around three times in frustration. Secondly, QEEQ's customer service has significantly worsened since before the pandemic, which is disappointing. Your prices are similar to those of international websites, and I chose you for convenience. However, when I asked for assistance coordinating an earlier return time with the rental company, it would have been simpler to call them myself. Thumbs down to QEEQ.

The APP lists the return address as the counter where I picked up the car, causing me to circle around three times without finding it, very frustrating; 2. Their customer service has worsened compared to pre-pandemic times, leaving me speechless. Your prices are similar to those on foreign websites; I chose you for convenience. Asking you to coordinate an earlier return time with the car rental company was less effective than if I had called them directly. A negative review for QEEQ.

The car model was downgraded. They insisted that we buy insurance from the company.

The staff at the Rome Termini office kept promoting car upgrades and insurance. After some negotiation, we chose to upgrade to a Ford Kuga. The car was very new and had a navigation system, which was very convenient.
