great selection, but car that was promised not available. they provided an amazing upgrade but was not cleaned and was very smelly

Like: Excellent service at both the Montreal and Toronto airports. Great minivan. Outstanding price and value.
Dislike: Nothing.

National person was on break at check-in, so we were routed to next counter over, which had a longer line. After filling out paperwork, we still had to wait about 10 minutes before they could find a car.

You were the cheapest I found for on-line car rental searches.

All Good, since the begining

Electronic voucher not accepted, accepts hard copy voucher only. Challenge if I don't have access to printer. Staff was helpful and evoucher sent to her email to be print out @ pick up location.

National was great no issues.

Everything was great including by far the best price on a vehicle of that size. Only a small issue at booking with credit card security issues due to the fact that the transaction went outside the US. Once that was fixed all good.

National should include spouses as free second driver like most companies do.

Far cheaper than trying to book through National or other companies direct! Also better availability, was a real help!

Like: They were very friendly when picking up the vehicle, however they never once indicated the rules for drop off.
Dislike: At drop off that is when all the rules where expressed.. once must have this up front and written from the beginning

This satisfaction is for the car rental company, definitely not for QEEQ; a frustrating car rental experience. Picked up the car in Toronto on November 1st, had pre-booked for a one-way rental, but was told at the counter that the one-way fee of nearly 3000 CAD wasn't included, even though we clearly paid QEEQ, which included the one-way fee. We called the clueless customer service in China and they confirmed with the car rental company, but the car rental company was sure the one-way fee wasn't included and even showed us the order. QEEQ customer service said it might be an internal issue, which delayed our trip that day. QEEQ's mistake is extremely low-level for being in a foreign country! Please share widely for resolution!

Like: Ease of picking up and dropping off the car.
Dislike: I could not do the inspection after drop-off because they wanted to wash the car first and I had to catch my flight.

I mentioned to Ayana Mahamed (who was working the counter at National at the Calgary Airport) that my wife and I took this trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and he VERY graciously upgraded us from a tiny economy car to a small luxury SUV. He was awesome. National is awesome. We are SO grateful :)
