We reserved a BMW X5 but they didn't have any available. They asked us to choose between an X4 and a manual Ford. The X4's trunk was too small and we specifically requested an automatic, so why would they offer us a manual? After we requested a free upgrade, they finally provided us with a 9-seater Mercedes bus. Within two days, the display showed an AdBlue alert, which confused us! Later, in Prague, our car window was smashed, and we couldn't reach customer service. They only have rental points in Germany. After much hassle, we exchanged the car at Munich airport for a smaller 7-seater Mercedes, which soon displayed an oil level warning. Absolutely terrible experience! I strongly advise against renting from this company. So many bad experiences!
The store was terrible; they seemed to give Chinese customers a hard time. The Chinese person in front of me also had to pay extra. They refused to accept Chinese translations, KIDA international driving permits, and the international permits provided by the rental platform. It wasn't an issue with the translations but rather their way of forcing you to buy full insurance. If the license was not valid, they shouldn't have rented the car to us. However, they required us to buy insurance after renting the car, indicating that they lure customers with low car prices on the website and create various issues during pickup. I often rent cars with an international license in Europe and the US without problems. In Germany, I've never had issues with other companies, but this store caused trouble the first time I tried to rent.
1. The car I rented was not the model I reserved. If it were a Skoda, I wouldn't have spent so much money! 2. The customer service staff had a bad attitude and their English was very poor, making communication very difficult. 3. During the return inspection, they said the fuel tank was almost full, but I clearly filled it until the pump stopped.
The process was fast, but the car was very different from what I booked. I reserved a BMW X5 but got a Ford Explorer. I’m not sure if these are considered the same class, but the price difference is substantial, which seems off.
Not bad, got a free car upgrade, the car was quite new. The insurance was a bit expensive, $21 per day for full coverage, but it was more convenient than third-party options.
The process was very fast. I just filled out a deposit form for 1000 Euros, checked the car's condition myself, and drove off if there were no issues. Returning the car was also very quick. I was waiting for a bus at the opposite side of the street when the deposit was refunded.
The booked car model was not provided, and we had to communicate with the counter. Despite the time it took, the final solution from the rental desk was acceptable.
The car rental process was convenient, although the car provided was not the Passat we had booked online, but an Opel of the same size. There were a few scratches on the car body, which we pointed out to the staff upon pickup, and she marked them on the rental agreement on the spot. The paperwork was processed very smoothly. In Prague, the staff was extremely enthusiastic and gave a detailed explanation of the rental process and vehicle usage, which was a fantastic experience. Considering this comparison, Prague gets a 5-star rating while Vienna only gets 4 stars. Overall, very satisfied.
This is an Austrian car rental company called 'Ajari'. After we followed the procedure for self-dropoff, they sent us two blurry partial photos, claiming there was a collision. We provided clear photos to prove that the car was in good condition when returned, and we also provided a complete video of the return process through customer service. The whole issue dragged on for nearly a month and is still unresolved.
However, compared to Buchbinder customer service's 'I am ignorant, I am shameless, I am proud' attitude, DanShe from QEEQ customer service, with his professionalism and integrity, made me realize that if an individual's success is not a coincidence, then the rise of a nation is even more dependent on the integrity and efforts of countless ordinary people.
We bought full insurance, and we thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out before returning it. It safely guided us through foreign sceneries, and we treated it with care. If the vague dark spots in the partial photo were indeed from the car we rented, why would I waste my time and energy proving myself?
Compared to this Buchbinder company, DanShe from QEEQ demonstrated a spirit of dedication throughout the follow-up process, and the efficiency and integrity shown by other departments of QEEQ give us as Chinese people a reason to be proud.
This deceitful 'Ajari' company wanted to make an easy 300 euros, not expecting to encounter a persistent and honest customer and a dedicated and honest Chinese car rental platform. The result is still pending, let's wait and see.
The customer had paid the deposit, but the rental car customer service failed to promptly notify the car rental company of the flight information, resulting in no car being available. The service was very unsatisfactory and caused significant inconvenience to the customer. Ridiculous!
First, the car I selected was unavailable, and they tried to make me pay extra for another. The Budapest branch of this company is the worst I've seen in Europe, full of traps. They lure you in with low prices and then say there's no car available. This isn't the first time. It’s an incredibly dishonest practice.
