The staff were quite indifferent when picking up the car, but very good during drop-off.

I didn't get a separate mail with pdf voucher though it was needed at the check-in dask. So I had to use expensive internet to get confirmation from sight and it was jpg-format. In spite the girl needed pdf she made a photo of voucher from my phone screen and let me go. Now I'm looking forward to debloking my funds from credit card.

I am satisfied and happy with my last vehicle rental. 27/6/19 to 30/6/19 They gave me A realitively new vehicle. My first rental with them was unsatisfactory, because they gave me a old model. Thai rent a car upgraded a Mitsubishi pajero for me, the car was clean, and new, the time spent on car pick up and drop off was about 10mins only, which was fast and smooth, staffs were nice and helpful, my experience with Thai Rent a Car was great.

Easy booking process

Car booked was very old. I was expecting new car however 10 year old car which was driven more than 90k km was given. Car didn’t have auto lock or mobile charging or navigation facilities. At the time of arrival there was no body present at the counter. A boy came 15 minutes later who did not speak English & was bit rude.

I had a problem on car battery and I had to call them to change car battery, however, the lady over the phone couls not speak and understand properly. So I was struggling so much while giving my information, including location. Except this the service was good.

Everything fine. Just only feel crack when u have to return the car back. Especially the booth in the airport and we travel with the baby. That we need to go to the gate for scan. I know it not your fault. But if u could improve the way to drop off the car more convenient for guest will be super perfect. By the way thank you for your service. We love our car and we will be back again

The service attitude was very poor and inhumane. I will not choose this company next time. Had to wait a long time when picking up the car. Returning the car was even worse, they insisted the car be parked at their entrance and not in the upstairs parking lot. When I asked for assistance to retrieve the car, they refused. I had to find a local person to help me. Given the unfamiliar airport routes, this service should have been provided. Additionally, the external fuel price was 28.7 THB per liter, but they charged 3200 THB per liter for refueling, which is a scam. The front windshield already had two deep cracks, then they claimed a new crack occurred and charged 5000 THB. Disappointing. Fellow travelers, avoid this company. On average, the low-end car cost over 300 RMB per day. This issue caused us to miss our flight and we had to pay an extra 4000 THB for rescheduling. Overall, this company left a very bad impression. I do not recommend it.

We arrived at the airport for a 9:30 am flight. What exactly t9 do with the vehicle was not so clear. It appears to have worked, but would be nice to have some kind of consensus nicely confirmation before leaving the country.

I informed them from the beginning that I rented the car for five days and wanted to return it at the normal time on the fifth day, not so early. They kept saying I only rented the car for four days and the fifth day was complimentary. They refused my request initially and only agreed after lengthy communication and presenting the order (since it was in Chinese, we had to talk for a long time in English).
