CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON BUDGET IN MILAN

This car rental company is a complete scam. We clearly told the counter staff that we didn't want any insurance because we had already purchased full insurance from Zuzuche and showed them the proof. They spoke in Italian and used an Italian contract to charge us over a thousand euros for extra insurance, even though our rental fee was only two hundred euros. It's outright fraud.

Very bad experience, as I was charge 4x what was quoted on the website

I booked a sedan, but when I arrived, there were no cars available and I was given a hatchback instead.

The lady at pick up was extremely helpful. No task was to difficult, she went over and above to make sure we had the car we booked even though it was not ready on our arrival. At drop off I was accused immediately of scratching the rear wheel arch but it was only mud and had to wipe it off to prove I was right not so great

This car rental company is a big scam. They gave me an old Renault and classified it as a higher class. I returned the car with a full tank but was overcharged. This company must be crazy about making money.

There were few people in line at the pickup point, allowing us to get the car within 5 minutes.

No cars available

I loved the Audi A3 hatch I got from Budget. Inside was super clean but outside was not washed. But in one way I did not had to worry about washing when returning the car. It was super easy to pick the car and also to drop it. One of the smoothest transactions ever.

First time user. This platform impressed me to another level. I wouldn’t think of using any other platform for car rentals other than EasyRentCars. Thank you for making this so easy for me.

The service was quite fast. We waited for 4 people.

The counter staff was terrible and very rude just bcoz I didnt by the full insurance as I have my own platinum coverage. She was loud and impolite when she started telling me and actually wrote this on my contract “ No help or assistance or any coverage LET YOUR CREDiT CARD HELP YOU when ur in trouble or had ab accidents and dont call us!!! And finally she said to me sorry sir we dont have the Mercedes available which I booked and she had the key on the desk and gave ne another car!!

Long queue times, low efficiency, processing one car takes nearly half an hour

High pressure sales tactics to try and sell additional cover. 2.5 hour wait to collect car. Downgraded car as the one we booked wasn't available. Worst car hire experience I've ever had.

The service attitude was extremely poor, and the car provided was very different from the one booked. There were no other car options available, and they threatened that the purchased insurance would not meet basic needs.

Acceptable overall, no major issues, but there was an upsell for insurance

We got a cat that was damaged Left side was not fixed after the accident from the previous users
