The waiting time was extremely long. I arrived an hour and a half early, but after going through the paperwork, they told me to come back at 10. Even then, I had to wait a long time.
Waited for an hour, lots of people in line. The car I booked wasn't available. Reserved an Alfa Romeo but got a Fiat instead. They didn't even have the car I selected, very misleading.
There were many customers waiting at the store, but only two employees handling the transactions. Everyone started getting impatient. When we were finally being attended to, the staff kept trying to sell us their insurance, claiming we could get a better car if we bought it. We politely declined, stating we had already purchased full coverage from another platform, but they kept insisting we buy their 19-euro roadside assistance insurance. After we refused again, the staff member rolled his eyes and slammed the car keys onto the desk. We were all shocked. Another Chinese customer being served at the same time went through the same process, but with slightly better attitude from the staff.

The staff took advantage of our hurry and didn't informed us (at all) about the refuelling fee and also they have double charged us the insurance fee although this was already purchased through easyrentcars.com

Very dissatisfied with this rental company. First, the contact number provided by the car rental platform was unreachable. Since this rental company is not located at the airport, it is about a 10-minute drive away. After landing that day, we called the rental company but no one answered. We contacted the car rental platform’s customer service, but they couldn't reach the rental company either. We waited at the airport for two hours until finally, a car from the rental company picking up other customers took us back. Upon arrival, the staff at the rental company made things difficult and insisted we pay extra to upgrade the vehicle. When we refused to pay extra, they claimed they didn't have any automatic cars and offered us a manual one, even though we had reserved an automatic. After further discussions with the car rental platform’s customer service, we spent another two hours at the rental company before getting the car. The whole process took almost five hours, which was extremely frustrating.

The price was very cheap, but the information from QEEQ was incorrect. It was not inside the airport but outside. We had to call them, and only then did they send a car to pick us up. The operating hours were also not as listed on QEEQ. I specifically confirmed with QEEQ if it was within the airport.
I had an appointment at 8 AM but wasn’t able to get the car until 9 AM. I called but no one answered. When I finally got through, they told me they start working at 9 AM. Why show an 8 AM pickup time if you only start working at 9 AM? The rental office is at least 5 kilometers from the airport, and there's only one staff member. Worst car rental experience ever. When I arrived, the staff was arguing with a Middle Eastern customer who booked a Mercedes but was given a Toyota, claiming it was the same category. Do they think everyone is stupid? Another customer was arguing too. I felt very unsafe; I’ll always remember this extremely unpleasant car rental experience. They also tried to scam me in various ways. I paid 10,000 RMB on Zuzuche and then an additional 4,000 RMB for insurance on-site. Even if you buy full insurance on Zuzuche, it’s useless; they won’t give you the car without purchasing their insurance. If you want to get beaten up, scammed, and have your life threatened, choose this rental company. If not, switch as soon as possible.
Didnt find a place to take a car a nobooody cant explain where to go, coz when I call, girl sad “only italian”. Seriously???? wtf? Really bad service, just lost a money
