Budget rental was really easy and the Yaris was perfect for my needs this trip. I would have no problem booking this vehicle again. One note, I was not aware of the KM limit when I picked the vehicle up … it probably mentioned but I did not process it.
FYI: Rear wiper blade needed replacement when picked up this vehicle
Unfortunately our experience of 2 budget cars in our trip was not the best. The second car was not as we requested, it was scratched and felt tired we were very disappointed
The shop has plenty of cars. I was late by half an hour to pick up the car, but communication with the staff was smooth. When returning the car, I was less than half an hour late. They close at 4 PM on Sundays. I filled up the gas tank, locked the car, and placed the keys in the dropbox. My credit card deposit was released by 7:30 in the evening. Overall, the process was convenient and efficient.
I've used their service many times and am familiar with the staff. The service at the city branch is good, but the airport branch is just average, possibly due to the pandemic.

This car was horrible. The car definitely was not properly cleaned. Definitely not with cv19 cdc standards. No real concern from owner when i brought it to her attention either.
