Like: the staff were very friendly on pick up and drop.
Dislike: I forgot my Apple Air Pods Wireless Bluetooth Earphones in the passenger side cup holder on drop off and when I remembered I went back to the drop of area but the car was left for wash and they can not help me to locate the car and I was late for my flight. so can u help me and contact Budget and try to find my Air Pod.

Picking up the car in Berlin was very convenient; it was just a few meters from my hotel in the city center. They offered an SUV upgrade for an additional 5 euros, which was nice, but since my driving skills are average, I decided to stick with a smaller car. The staff at Hamburg airport were quite indifferent, and they closed earlier than other rental companies on the 31st, at 4 PM, though my scheduled return time was 4:30 PM. So I returned the car through self-service and hope there are no other issues.

Nice car but bodywork in poor condition - scratches & dents everywhere. Most of this damage was not mentioned on the vehicle damage report when I collected the vehicle.

The car I reserved was unavailable, but they gave me a free upgrade. Happy!

Clean and friendly

They didn't provide the originally booked car. The only options were to upgrade at a higher price or accept a cheaper vehicle without any refund for the difference. The staff had a poor attitude, like we owed them a fortune. Despite having more staff than customers on site, only one desk was open, making the process very slow.

The service was quite enthusiastic.

Easy to pick up, very difficult to return. No one inspects the car during pick-up or return. You just pick up and drop off the keys at the counter and answer a few questions. The car was very new, only 4000+ kilometers, with a top speed of 200 km/h. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Budget we’re v poor!!! There was over 1 hour at the pick up desk. They tried to charge me upon vehicle return because there was no parcel shelf in the car - the car did not have a parcel shelf when I picked it up!

Poor attitude during both pick-up and drop-off.

They charged double the price in the end. They charged a full day's rent for exceeding 2 hours and 60 euros for a tank of gas even though I used less than a tenth of it.
