Warm reception, detailed explanations, very good!

Picking up the car at Munich Airport was quick. The staff were friendly and even gave us a brand-new A3. However, be aware that if you find any issues during the car inspection, you need to register them on the 4th floor. We forgot to inspect the car initially and later found a crack on the back, which worried us for a few days. The staff during the car return process were also very good; they did not say anything, and the inspection was quick. P.S: Avoid renting from ENTERPRISE. They have many hidden fees not explained during the booking, and the staff are extremely rude. I highly recommend being cautious if you rent from them.

The front desk staff's attitude was average. The reserved model, a Benz A class, was unavailable, so I had to switch to a similar Mazda 3 diesel model. However, the car was very new, and its performance was exceptional.

Picked up the car at the airport at nine in the morning and had to wait eighty minutes in line. Avis and Hertz also take about an hour, but Sixt usually takes around half an hour. So, for car rentals in Munich, I recommend Sixt. The vehicle was in good condition.

At Munich Airport, Budget operates with AVIS. They provided a higher configuration, the car was in good condition, and the price was affordable, making it a great value for money.

It's not far from the airport exit, and there's hardly any queue. The car is very new, with only 9 kilometers driven. Both picking up and returning the car are very simple and convenient. There's an ESSO gas station right next to the airport.

The actual rental fee was different from what was listed on the website. When we raised our concerns during the car inspection, the staff didn't respond and said he was only responsible for inspections.

Picked up the car at the AVIS counter in Munich Central Station. There were two cars to choose from, both upgrades from what I reserved. I chose a high-end automatic diesel S-MAX with navigation. The staff was friendly and provided detailed vehicle information. They also gave me a parking card and a map of the garage. When returning the car on a weekend, the store was closed, so I parked it in a street spot near the entrance and put the keys in the drop box. The staff called me the next day to confirm they had received the car. The whole process went smoothly. One star is missing because I couldn't upgrade to a BMW or BENZ in Germany, which was disappointing.

The service is enthusiastic, the store address is clear and easy to find! The procedures for picking up and returning the car are simple and fast!

We might have been lucky, as we got a Seat station wagon with only 1,600 kilometers on it. There was no one to inspect the car with us; the counter staff just handed over the keys and told us where the car was parked. So, I took some photos of the car to have a record. Don’t expect to get the exact car brand you booked. Our group rented two cars, an Opel and a BMW, but ended up with a Seat and a Škoda. The GPS system in the car was very user-friendly, even in English, as it only required understanding simple terms like left, right, and straight. Trust it; it works much better than the free Chinese navigation system. Overall, it met our expectations.

Very good service

We booked a BMW 3, but Budget told us they didn't have this model. Not sure if this is an issue with Budget or the rental platform? The fact that it says 'similar models' is very misleading... We ended up with a Skoda Superb. While in the eyes of foreigners it is considered a similar model and the car was good, we were still disappointed, as we were expecting one of the ABB models (Audi, BMW, or Mercedes).

The process of renting and returning the car was simple, and the car was very new and comfortable to drive. However, the downside was that since our rental period was less than 10 days, we couldn't get a GPS. The company didn't have any available, neither in Chinese nor in English, which caused us a lot of trouble.

The return location felt better than the pickup location because the two women at the pickup store seemed to lack patience. I asked if they could spare a few minutes to explain how to use the in-car navigation, but she responded that they didn't even have a minute, even though there were no other customers at the time! Additionally, the rental contract at pickup should ideally include English since not many people from our country can read German, but many can read English.
