They were giving me a car with bad tires, cuts in 3 of them , unsafe, low profile tires and rims...the rims were all scratched up due to the low profile tires. Should not be renting cars with low profile tires. Manager said he could not give me a different class of car , even though i would have taken smaller. Had to wait over an hour for a Hyundai Sonata lucky that it came back. This was the only car on the lot like this...all others were fine. be very careful on the 300,000 liability of your own insurance you must have to avoid high charges.

We showed up expecting an easy experience and then they try to say that the state of Florida has new strict driver liability laws, and you NEED to buy their daily insurance to comply. This is not true, and is just their own policy to force you to buy their insurance (which makes them more expensive than other rental agencies)

The counter staff service were very rude . They insisted that I have to show the coverage limit of my insurance . Even I called my insurance to show my coverage to $300.000 for injury and $100.000 for property damage still was not accepted from the staff service . I was forced to pay $10 extra for additional insurance . Also I Ordered Hyundai Sonata and I got a Nissan Versa with 36.000 mileage with body damage and a lot of problem in driving .

Poor car condition

The company's 8-seater was a bit small, so they gave us two Nissan 5-seaters instead, with no price change.

Never got car, be cause guy at counter lied and said my card got declined. I called my credit card company right in front of him and they said no request was even sent let alone denied. Told him to run it again and he wouldn't. They were mad that I refused all their additional options (charges). They were also rude to me and everyone else that came into their closet of a shop.

Total scam artist at Right Cars. Would never book with them nor will i recommend them to anyone.

Please train your staff on customer service 101. I was told since I got a good price, I shouldn’t expect good customer service. This was told to me by a staff member.

The pick up location was not specified in the reservation. I called them several times to pick me up from the airport. The Right Cars front desk charged me for rental insurance while I had Comprehensive coverage. They also overcharged me for unlimited toll pass. They forced me to buy it. I ended up paying 3 times more than what I expected based on the rate specified in Easyrentcars.com. It was the worse expereice that I have ever had with rental car companies.

They tell everyone there who is using their own insurance, that their property coverage isn't high enough, even though they have different values and the only notice is the liability amount minimum required... thereby forcing everyone to get additional insurance. There isnt communication on how to find the car rental place. Thereby making it a long and confusing search.

Right Cars counter was no help, first they tell you mandatory insurance or no car rental , they hit you with two types of insurance totaling over $29. they do not take your black car CC insurance. ( RIP OFF), second car was suppose to be a Full size looked more like compact, and dirty , seats were all stained, car inside was dirty. third deposit was suppose to be returned same day, now they tell me when i return car it would take up to 7 days. Customer service was horrible. will never rent from them again i will stick with dollar,hertz,national, budget. never again

You have to make clear to customers that they need to update the car rental company with the last status for the arrival time. They are very kind and they will be waiting you in front of the arrivals. But they have to know the flight and the time

There is no info on the voucher about the rental office location. Hopefully I had a mobile to use and to get in contact with them.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Upon exiting the airport, someone was there holding a sign with my name to pick me up. They guided me to a spot where, after a short wait, the rental company’s staff arrived with the car I rented to drive me to their nearby office to complete the paperwork. They were friendly and helpful. After a thorough inspection of the car together, they also explained the basic functions of the vehicle, provided instructions for returning the vehicle, and even gave me a hand-crafted map of the return location and the nearest gas station. Overall, extremely satisfied.

The windshield wipers were non functional. I was in a rainstorm driving blind. When I called to complain, Right Cars hung up on me and the lady was very rude.

Thank you for making this process quick and efficient! I was in Florida for a graduation and Mauricio was at the Ft Lauderdale pick up area when I arrived, then when I got to the car rental center the car agent was waiting for me with all my forms ready to fill out. I was out in 5 minutes!! The food was good Toyota Camry was new, clean and drove well.

the guy from Frontdest he is terrible I never got my life. Mean, rule , lie. I never come back. I’m not recommend this place. I don’t trust this place.

Right cars pick up was easy, but the staff was horrible to me when I had a problem with the vehicle. The AC went out and was not working. I was on vacation in Florida and the AC went out. When I called to see how I could fix the problem or get a new car I was told that I didn’t know how to use the AC and that I wasn’t getting a different car. When I dropped the vehicle off the address I was given was wrong and approx 3 blocks away from the actual location. When I arrived at the drop off, Oscar confirmed that the AC wasn’t working and that I would be refunded an unknown amount of money.
