OK MOBILITY CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN ITALY

When I returned the car I did not receive any receipt that the car was in good order (no damages and full gasoline)! I think it would be reassuring to receive it!

Got a tire pressure warning when picking up the car. Returned to the airport store the next day and got a replacement vehicle.

The counter staff was very nice and provided us with a great car upgrade.

Got to the place a bit earlier, during lunch time, so the place was closed and there was no phone number on the door or gate to call. Other than that the staff was very professional and helpful.

Extra charge for not having a credit card, when travelling all my holiday money is transfered onto a mastercard travel card. €197 extra to pay.

Excellent experience other than the fact that they permanently charged my credit card for the security deposit which was supposed to ‘on hold’

The agent who gave us the car was professional, nice and very helpful

The car was as promised. Service at the counter was good and quick. The only problem was that I had problems with the shuttle from the airport to the OK-Mobility location. The shuttle driver didn't agree to take me and it took a long time to get there, maybe an hour or so. It would have been helpful to have their phone number. But once at their location, service was excellent.

Booking was relatively easy. Price protector didn't work for me but maybe priced didn't go down.

The car was excellent and the service was great.
