This company is excellent, without the common issues seen in Italian car rentals, such as pushing insurance, fraud, or even requiring a credit card deposit. Truly outstanding, highly recommended!
The rental company provided a car that was only 1,000 kilometers away from needing maintenance during a 14-day rental period, which caused significant inconvenience.
Picking up and returning the car is very convenient, unlike the hassle and arguments you often experience back home. The €30 fee for a full tank of gas and service is very straightforward.
It was okay. The lady processing the rental looked nice but her attitude was average. However, the guys handling the pickup and return were quite nice.
Average. When returning the car, I reversed it under poor lighting conditions, causing a minor scratch about 3mm on the rear taillight. The female staff member assessing the damage claimed a repair cost of 440 euros, which seemed excessive even though I had purchased insurance. I argued against it, and later a male staff member checked the situation and said the company would evaluate the repair cost reasonably, likely not as high as initially quoted. I hope the car rental platform can mediate this issue. Personally, I believe replacing the part wouldn't cost more than a few dozen euros. I have taken photos as evidence.
