Great service, very efficient. Returning the car was quick. The vehicle was easy to drive.

The service from Europcar was very poor. The reception's attitude and speed were both very unsatisfactory. Additionally, the car I booked was different from the one provided. When I asked if there were any other available options, they didn't even bother to check and simply told me there were none.

It was a surprise upgrade and a very pleasant car to drive with surprisingly low fuel consumption. Check in was handled quickly by friendly counter staff. I will be using QEEQ again and highly recommend to anyone seeking to hire a car.

The service was excellent, warm, and attentive. For someone who doesn't speak English, they were very friendly, patient, and meticulous. The vehicle's performance was outstanding, with full features including cruise control and lane departure warning, which was very helpful for me, a newcomer to Australia driving on the left side of the road. It constantly reminded me if I drifted out of my lane. Most importantly, they didn't have any hidden charges. During this Great Ocean Road trip, the only extra costs were tolls, with no other charges for violations or parking fees, which made me very happy. I'll definitely choose this company again when I come back to Melbourne.

The car provided was a bit larger than the one originally booked, it was a MG. Didn’t like the red color, the original booking was black. Refilled fuel on the way back, and found it difficult to locate a gas station in the city. Had two bars left and was charged 87.43 dollars for fuel, enough for a full tank. Parked the car from midnight to 8 am in a paid parking lot, was inexplicably charged 118 dollars, exorbitant parking fee when it clearly stated 15 dollars per night. Fell into a trap.

The experience was very disappointing. During pickup, the staff was unprofessional, and it took nearly 40 minutes to get the car. Additionally, due to the staff's unprofessionalism, the deposit was charged incorrectly twice. After the supervisor corrected it, 500 AUD was still charged twice, and only one amount has been refunded so far, leaving me worried about the other.

The Europcar office is easy to find, instruction provided to pick up and drop off car is very clear and useful. Customer service is very helpful and polite. The SUV car I rented is pretty new and spacious, my kids like it very much. We really enjoyed the trip, double thumbs up for Europcar :).

I got the best car rental deal through QEEQ which was recommended by my friend. The platform is easy to use and always provide useful information and timely reminders. This will be my first choice moving forward and will recommend to my friends.

Was told at Melbourne Intl airport to go to downtown Melbourne to do an exchange for vehicle. From Isuzu mux to Toyota Kluger. Went down the next day and the counter manager told me no Kluger available. In fact none for the entire Victoria. Simply brush me off by saying Europcar cannot do anything to help. Also the agreement from Europcar mention excess of $5000 which should have been zero since I have upgraded my booking to include zero excess.

The main issues were with the store. Firstly, the store's location was difficult to find, and their phone was unreachable when we tried to pick up the car. Secondly, the directions mentioned a parking lot, Jetport Airport Parking, which didn't exist. Finally, we had to ask the airport store staff to help contact them, which wasted at least an hour! Additionally, after picking up the car, we noticed damage to the grill, which the staff didn't inform us about (it could have been intentional). Thankfully, I took photos during the inspection, and when returning the car, the store didn't say anything about it.

It was okay. The staff's attitude was average, but it didn't really matter.

Horrible Chery vehicle. Worst car ever hired.
