Extremely poor service. The staff at pickup was very impatient and rude. We were threatened by the staff. The roadside assistance number was unreachable after a traffic accident. After the tow, no one contacted us proactively. Additional charges were made without explanation. The vehicle had no spare tire.

The store was relatively easy to find. We arrived early, but they open at 8 am, so we had breakfast at the airport. Overall, it was okay. They recommended various insurance options, but if you bought full insurance with QEEQ, you don’t need extra.

I arrived early at the pickup location, but the staff at the counter refused to assist me, citing that it was not yet the pickup time. When the pickup time arrived, they informed me that there was an issue with my credit card and I could not get the car. By this time, the pickup window had passed, so I couldn't cancel the order or pick up the car.

The store's service is quite good, but the car was really old. It's the first time I've encountered a car with 50,000 kilometers, whether domestically or internationally. Plus, the first car they gave me was faulty, and it was only fine after they replaced it.
