Quite a satisfying driving experience

The staff couldn't clearly and directly answer questions, mistakenly handled my return process, and called me hours after I had already returned the car to ask if I had done so.

Like: It was easy to find it at the airport.
Dislike: Looking for the booth to take the car at the airport parking

Like: Quick and easy drop off. Friendly staff both at pick up and at drop off.
Dislike: I was first offered a Ford Kuga, when i was specifically booked a lower class vehicle (smaller). In the end they managed to find a car within the class i booked.

Pickup was relatively quick; there were few people when I arrived.

The staff handling pickup and drop-off were very friendly.

Extremely rude attitude, unwilling to solve problems, indifferent.

Unjustified charges without explanation, and even when they made a mistake in the order, they refused to admit it. Had to cover the extra costs ourselves.

A terrible experience. At pickup, I was told my credit card limit was not sufficient, but they could reduce the amount if I purchased their €250 insurance. However, my credit limit was enough. The limit can be checked on the app and I confirmed with the bank on-site. Subsequent travel expenses also showed the limit was enough. It's all a scam!

It took a long time to pick up the car, but the return was quick. They forced us to buy insurance even though we already had it bought domestically. Both drivers picking up two cars were listed on both forms, and one was marked as co-driver. How can Driver 1 be the co-driver of the second car while driving their own? The rental company later helped me get a refund for these charges. Additionally, we recently faced another issue: we rented the car in February and received a fine in September. The authorization charge was not canceled, and we are currently in contact with the rental company.

The rental company was fine. When they found out the driver's license couldn't be used, they actively arranged for someone else to drive. But it's annoying that the rent-a-car platform didn't allow the insurance transfer! So I had to spend another 50 euros on insurance!

Long waiting time

Overall, it's fine. Italians might seem a bit reserved, but once you start a conversation, especially about soccer, they can get quite enthusiastic.
