Like: New and low mileage car. Dislike: 1. Should provide service for pick up at hotel.
2. Overcharging for minor fuel top up, although partly my own fault as was stuck in a jam prior to returning.
The car rental agent in Melaka was very nice and extremely patient. Returning the car in a different city was also very convenient. Highly recommended.

Like: Car was in good condition; reasonable price; emergency repair and replacement service clearly stated under the terms and conditions provided peace of mind. Dislike: inefficient staffs - for pick-up, we called them before arrival at the office, yet documents were totally unprepared, no staffs in the office, we waited for more than 30 minutes for the staffs to come to the office and for the documents to be prepared.
Like: The supervisor was quite friendly and was very helpful. He tried to accommodate as much as possible. Dislike: The place to register was seriously HOT. There's no fan or etc thus making the process to register and all a very bad place to be at.
Due to a flight delay, I had already called QEEQ customer service and the local rental company in advance. In the end, we rushed and arrived 2 minutes after their closing time. They insisted on charging 100 MYR for a late fee, which was more expensive than the car rental itself. QEEQ customer service couldn't resolve this issue, so we didn't end up picking up the car. This car rental experience was very disappointing.
