Pick up: Please call GO Rentals on 0064 3 358 4051 to arrange your shuttle. If you have downloaded the GO Rentals App https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app you can also request and track you shuttle using this. After collecting your baggage, stay inside and turn right to walk past the Long White Cloud cafe. Turn left at the Escalator following the sign for the check-in hall. Continue to the end of the hall towards the Regional Terminal and exit through Door 2 on your left. Walk 5 metres straight ahead to the collection point and wait for the pink and blue GO shuttle to collect you. If you would like to fast track your vehicle collection, please complete web check-in https://www.gorentals.co.nz/online-check-in/ or download the GO Rentals App and complete the check-in there https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app Drop off: Simply Park in our designated drop-off area and pop into the office to return the keys. Please ensure the car is being returned at the correct location, date and time, that the car has been refueled and all personal belongings have been removed. Our Team will then shuttle you to the Airport After Hours (5pm - 8am): Pick up: We have special instructions for your after-hours pick-up. Your car will be ready and waiting for you at the Enterprise Rentals counter conveniently located in the international arrivals hall. To pick up your car: You must have completed your check-in process at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If you're flying in, proceed into the international arrivals hall and the Enterprise counter is located beside the Spark counter. One of the friendly team will assist with your booking. Drop off: Enterprise Rentals 30 Durey Road, Christchurch Airport, Christchurch 8053 09-8703330 All afterhours drop offs are made at Enterprise Rentals, Christchurch Airport. Simply deliver your car back to the airport, follow the signs for the rental car returns. Take a left turn. Drive over the walk way and the Enterprise returns area is on the left side. Leave the keys at the Enterprise counter located in the terminal by walking in door #8. If he counter is unmanned, leave the keys in the returns box.

The service was enthusiastic, and they upgraded us from an RAV4 to a Highlander (big 7-seater) for free. We requested a light-colored car in the order, and they provided a white one with only around 50,000 miles. The process of picking up and returning the car was straightforward and efficient. However, the company doesn't have a counter at the airport, so you need to call them upon arrival, which is a bit inconvenient. The airport pickup and drop-off are free as stated in the order, but they initially tried to charge a fee when we picked up the car. After showing them the order again, they waived the fee. If the gas tank isn't full when you return the car, they will deduct the cost from the pre-authorization, which is quite convenient, but there's a 20% service fee on the fuel price. Full insurance: $28/day, did not compare with other companies.
