I’ve got a voucher of 79,98€ from EasyRentCars, and I’ve change the booking to one day longer. The price of the car was cheaper. But the staff don’t use the voucher amount.

The booking is really easy. But the Avis staff have to see the amount what I pay on this Plattform here to rebook the to mich payed amount on my credit card. I’ve used to different cards and think that’s my fault. So take care and use just one card.

The car was exactly what we asked for. Very clean and new. Very good service at the counter. Easy to find right by arrivals at Frankfurt airport.

I didn’t get the SUV I reserved but they gave me a smaller car and I was so pissed off like they wanna reap people off

It turned out to be Europcar. There were cheaper options with other small rental companies, but I chose a big brand to avoid hidden fees. However, it was the same! At the counter, I explicitly told them I didn't need insurance as I had purchased it domestically. The representative smiled and agreed. Later, she said she upgraded our car for free but never mentioned we would be charged for it. In the end, we received a bill for thousands, including upgrade and insurance fees!

Nothing commendable

Upon arrival, we were informed that the car we booked online was unavailable. We had to pay extra for a higher-end vehicle and were repeatedly offered more expensive cars.

The staff were quite patient.

Alamo staff were brilliant. Happy, helpful and charming.

Good car,they gave me diesel and big car...Only car tank was not full...I told personal and he changed 3/4 on check list...When i drop off car,Mrs.Lisa was so kind,she finished all procedures fast and easy...Thanks

I rented the car at the airport. Since I didn't have a phone, I couldn't find the pick-up driver. In fact, the rental point is near the airport. You need to contact them in advance to confirm which gate you will exit from. The rental company has a large lot, and the staff are very nice. The pick-up process was also simple.

They gave us a f-PACE .. so it exceeded our expectation

The lady didn't know the rule even though she was working there for 27 years as she claimed. The rule is if somebody has an Indian driving licence and they are travelling germany for short term (less than six months) they can hire a car with the same indian driving licence with out an IDP. I requested her and tried to explain her but she wouldn't listen, although i've hired a car so many times in germany & UK with the same licence. She made me go to the local police station and when they confirmed then she gave me the car. This whole process took 2 hours and i was so much depressed by all this.

We booked a Mercedes C200, but when we arrived at the store, the staff informed us that they didn't have any Mercedes available. German precision, they say, but I don't see it here. We didn't specify the model at the last minute; it was reserved well in advance. Why didn't they reserve the car for us knowing we had an order? The key point is that when we arrived at the Europcar parking lot, we indeed saw at least two C200s parked there, which means the staff was deceiving us. Extremely frustrating, this kind of blatant dishonesty, lying straight to our faces without any cover-up, shows a complete lack of respect for us. This initial experience can be rated zero.
