Excelent. We were at terminal 1 isntead of terminal 2. The staff were very polite and give us a superior car.

The full amount was paid at the time of booking, but an additional fee of over 30 euros was charged at the time of pick-up for a special location. I have rented cars multiple times at this airport from different companies, and this fee was always included in the quoted price. I strongly oppose the agent's practice of splitting a package fee. This lacks integrity.

The rental company's service was generally good. The only downside was that we reserved two booster seats for children but received one booster seat and one five-point harness seat.

I chose a Mercedes E, but got a BMW 320i Touring instead. Slightly disappointed.

1. Low efficiency, the queue time was extremely long. It took me over an hour when there were only five or six customers ahead of me; 2. They added over 500 euros in extra charges to the contract without informing me when I picked up the car. Fortunately, I spotted it and refused to pay; 3. The pick-up point is a ten-minute walk from the counter. The car was not filled up with fuel. After a long flight and long queue, I was too exhausted to argue, so I just accepted it; 4. At drop-off, they tried to charge an extra 460 euros. They handed me a 4-inch screen device to sign. I spotted it again and refused; 5. Everything was fine when I returned the car, but they still tried to scam me into buying personal and car insurance. This is just ridiculous; 6. Finally, they directly charged an extra 460 euros from my credit card without any signature or authorization, despite my two refusals. This is outrageous! Currently disputing the charge with the rental company and card issuer. 7. In all my car rental experiences across North America, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia, Budget at Frankfurt Airport is by far the worst!

The available car models online did not match the ones at the physical store; everything else was fine.

It was a very nice experience, everything was very smooth and fast

Did not inform about additional charges, directly printed it on the German contract, and deducted the amount from the credit card after dropping off the car.

Service was average, and they kept pushing insurance. Since I didn't buy their insurance, they gave me a bad car and refused to change it, saying there was nothing wrong with it. I will never rent from them again.

The price at the counter was different from the price online. Not sure why. It's unreliable, no additional services, just a price difference.
