Satisfied with the service overall. The car we reserved was at another terminal, so we had to wait a bit, but the process was quick.

The attitude was acceptable. Had to wait a long time for the car delivery and ended up with a different vehicle.

They give my a damage car in right door there is damage and in the back They say this is only car we have which is strange from big company I am relay upset how they deliver the car in this not my first time i hire a car from them Please note that and till them not to do for other costumer

I landed at 8 AM and booked the car online, but when I reached the rental point, they said I had to wait 3 hours for the car because it was a last-minute booking. However, the online system confirmed immediate pickup. This caused me to cancel, and I had to deal with a series of issues regarding the prepaid amount online.

The staff at the rental company barely spoke English and no one accompanied me to the parking lot to pick up the car or inspect its condition.

The car was booked before arrival. I arrived at kiosk . Service counter were told me that vehicle was not ready . Lady made a phone call to ask to get car ready. I had to wait with my 2 yr and 8yr for over 45mins i could see them washing car in the dark !!! Frantically . The vehicle was difficult to locate as its very dark . Returning was easy and straightforward

No V90 model available

We purchased insurance when booking the car online, but upon arrival at the destination, we were charged again for additional insurance without notifying us! This means we paid once to ZuzuCar, and then Eutopacar added another insurance fee of 30 Euros per day without our knowledge. This is a trap!!!

I got a very clean and nice car, but: Tires were very used at the front and I got a fine from police. One of the tire was punctured coarsely repaired. I had to replace both tires at the front, as per regulation after having called Europcar. 3 months after, I still didnt get any feedback from them. Very disappointing.

I had already completed all payments through Zuzuche, including additional insurance. At the counter, the clerk said nothing, didn't ask or explain anything, just asked me to sign and pay the deposit. Naturally, I assumed he was aware that I had completed all formalities with Zuzuche. However, when I returned the car, I was asked to pay an additional 112 euros for extra insurance. It feels like a scam. I repeatedly contacted the rental store, but they dismissed me each time, claiming I had signed for it. Each trip to AVIS took up half a day, and I never got a reasonable resolution. It's fair to call it a scam!

Easy pick up although there were nobody at the counter. Was told that there are at the car pickup area so there I went. Paperwork is fast and had to wait 15 mins for car to arrive and it's fine for me. Car is in good condition and everything explained in detailed. Car drop off is smooth within less than few minutes. Overall good experience with Alamo.

I was forced to buy additional insurance without my knowledge, and over 200 euros were charged to my credit card without reason. Awful service! I didn't even get the Volvo I booked.

The service was good but finding the rental office and the return address was difficult. However, they upgraded us to a Peugeot 5008, which was quite large for a woman to drive.
