Super happy with the whole experience – staff were really friendly, and they refunded my deposit immediately after checking the car.

Overall, it was okay. The process was simple and fast. I booked a Toyota Corolla Cross, but only a Kia Niro was available at pickup. This car performs poorly on highways and mountain roads.

After picking up our luggage at Christchurch Airport, the rental company was right there inside the airport. It was very convenient. The staff were very professional.

The rental process was very smooth, and the car was in good condition, although the exterior was a bit dusty. The interior was quite clean. Returning the car at Queenstown Airport was easy; just hand the keys to the staff. The staff member who helped me was a middle-aged woman, and she was very nice.

The exterior of the car was a bit dusty and could do with a car wash before assigning to us.

Platform was easy to use and I appreciated the rebooking process for lower rates!
