Arrived at noon, there were very few staff members, had to take a number and wait in line for 2 hours. It wasn't until around 2 or 3 PM that more staff showed up, they canceled the number system and switched to lining up.
Budget initially said we hadn’t paid for the vehicle and refused the booking without bank proof. We were on the other side of the world from home and had none. Eventually they contacted the booking agent who was at fault and agreed it was fully paid.

Not good as they had not informed Budget that we had fully paid at the time of booking in the UK! It was sorted out after a very stressful morning.
