I do not recommend green motion. Go for safer options. Reasons: - They will send invoicies afterwards for car not enough cleaning. - Spead ticket that i did not commit - The pickup and drop off location is not at airport and is far away.

Great as usual

Great service by the lads in the counter, they were always available and so helpful. Unfortunately we had several issues with the car, but Green Motion staff did their best to accommodate us. I’d recommend this company because of their staff, and advice to spend a little more and get better car.

As far as I know, we found the cheapest option on QEEQ and the guidelines & policy were clear and I had no issue with the company or booking website.

Avoid! Avoid! I advise everyone not to choose GREEN MOTION just to save a little money. They doubted my credit card and refused to give me a car without any explanation, even though my money was deducted. (Another couple also faced a similar situation due to credit card issues and had a big argument there.) We don't know if they want a specific type of credit card or if they're just trying to keep your prepayment. The app's customer service tried to help appeal but failed. Once the money is with them, you won't get it back—they will always have excuses. Extremely irresponsible! I learned a lesson for 2000 RMB. Renting offline later was more convenient and faster, with much better service. In short, be cautious unless you are absolutely sure your credit card is flawless. Even when I assured them my card worked fine in Istanbul, they still refused to try. So, sometimes it’s not the card but their perception of it. Ended up spending more money and time renting offline. Rent-a-car customer service was good and helped with offline rentals, and the app is fine. You can pick other companies, just avoid GREEN MOTION!

Rude attitude, refused to answer the car rental platform's customer service calls, making us wait and wasting travelers' time.

Unable to use credit cards from multiple banks, including dual-currency cards with or without IC chips, ultimately couldn't pick up the car.

Poor communication, too many issues, always deducting money.

There should be staff holding signs at the airport for pickup. The car pickup location is a bit far from the airport.

I had full insurance coverage After accident I provided police report and they said since i dont have copy of other car insurance paper i cannot use my insurance coverage!!!!! This was not my fault at all They cheated me and charged my credit card twice with fake signature they put on transaction reciept on my behalf... when I complained they forced to return one of the charges

Everything went smooth. Counter person was really helpful. Car was clean and new.

They Gave me a five seater car, because -as they said- the car they supposed to give me involved in accident. I paid for 7-seater car!!!!!! We were 6 people. I made my reservation more than 3 months ahead.

The renewal price is too high. I rented the car for 15 days initially, and the cost to extend for another 5 days was even higher than the first 15 days. It's like they took advantage of me because they knew I couldn't return the car midway.
