Overall, it's good, but why do they need to charge in advance? The bank charges fees for both the charge and refund. They persuaded me to buy full insurance so that the advance charge could be avoided, which added over 2,000 yuan. While extra safety is a benefit, it should still be up to the individual. When I picked up a car in the USA, there were no advance charges or additional fees.

Waited too long, it took us 5 hours to get the car

The pickup process was relatively lengthy.

The GPS was too old, not useful.

We waited for 3 and a half hours to get our car. We arrived at the store at 11:30 am, but there was no one to help us, causing us to be 30 minutes late for check-in. Once check-in started, we had to wait in line past our scheduled 1 pm. More people came in later but they got in line ahead of us. We were always the last! It wasn't until after 3 pm that we started the car inspection. The car itself had many issues and had been in an accident. They said there were no other cars available...

Perhaps because I picked up the car in the morning, the processing speed was quite good. The shuttle bus directly transfers from the airport, driven by elderly gentlemen who are very helpful with the luggage.

Overall good service, the staff was very friendly and adept at solving problems.

Pickup was delayed by over an hour, staff had a bad attitude, and we got fined $75 upon return.

Professional. Both the store and after-sales technical support are very professional! Because of a tire change that delayed our rental by 3.5 hours, they refunded us half a day's rent.

The price and service are very reasonable. The third-party rental company is also very reliable.

It's alright

It took us two and a half hours to pick up the car and an hour and a half to return it, which wasted our time.

No waiting in line, the procedures were handled directly. The reception staff carefully explained how to use the RV and provided a user manual and video instructions. The safety belt repair took a long time when picking up the vehicle, but they waived the RV cleaning fee when we returned the vehicle. We later added full insurance, with a zero deductible, and we didn't have to provide a credit card deposit. Otherwise, the credit card fees would have been significant. Note that the full insurance does not cover the roof.

The company is professional with a wide range of car models, and I've seen their cars frequently in the area.

Missed the friendly staff, encountered unfriendly ones. They tried to scare me into buying insurance, otherwise I had to put down a 5000 AUD deposit. Even after multiple refusals, they kept pushing the insurance. In the end, I had to unwillingly add insurance that cost half of the car rental fee. I won't choose Apollo next time.
