Pas d’agent présent au comptoir. C’est l’agent du comptoir national qui m’a pris en charge.

La voiture demandée était très sale a l’intérieur, des paquets de chips encore présent. le pare brise ecoeurant,le rétroviseur cassé, bosse sur les cotés et sur le coffre, l'assurance n'etait meme plus valide, j'ai réclamé et on m'a gentillement dis: "que c'etait pas grave si vous prenez un PV on vous le paye!" La revision n'etait pas faite, l'ordinateur de bord demandé de changer l'huile tous les jours...J'ai reclamé mais sans suite, que faire?

The staff's English is decent, but they strictly close at 8 PM with no key drop box available, so you can't return the car after hours.

the insurance was not clear...they need to be clear with that we were 2, just one driver was in the contract we had to pay extra for a 2nd driver and that not normal

La voiture fournie par Alamo était d'une game supérieure à celle réservée et disposait d'options supplémentaires, il n'y a eu aucune majoration à facturation.

The car was after 50k. Not so clean. With a lot of scretchs. It was a leak of water from the roof when it was raining. But it was big van with a lot of space and very comfortable.

All the staff at Alamo as very professionnal, no pressure for buy extra assurance or un grade the vehicule. My best experience for Rent a car. Les employés étaient vraiment très professionnels et courtois. Pas de vente à pression et les agents étaient sympathiques, courtois. J’ai loué plusieurs véhicules à l’avenir ça sera chez Alamo. Ye Your advert is totally misleading and stated a Ford Galaxy or equivalent 5 seater so I thought I was getting a Ford Galaxy but to get that I had to pay 150 euro extra was is that right!!

Such a horrible process of retrieving our car. Had to take a shuttle from one terminal to the other with all of our bags because the counter at one terminal was closed. Then a lot of confusion and business in the car rental building. Hard to find the office once we went through the chaos of competing paper work. The garage was so small. It took forever. Just a horrible experience

Sloppy service, low efficiency, and shortchanging.

Tout était très bien et très clair, pas de surprise à l'arrivée, je recommande ALAMO.

Did not realise until booked that breakdown was not included, this is standard in UK
