Very average. They said the reserved model was unavailable and replaced it with a BMW 2 Series, charging extra. Insurance was also charged additionally, taking advantage of customers who are not well-informed.

Car pickup was smooth. Returning the car at Frankfurt Central Station was challenging due to complex and congested traffic. The return instructions were not detailed enough (missing parking lot pictures, exact name, and specific parking level).
