Like: The staff was so kind and we got the car so soon, with just 500 KM used (that is amazing). Dislike: I reserved a Mercedes-Benz C-Class (Premium Class), when I went to the station they told me that car is not available, but they didn't give me other cars in the same class (the same class is BMW 328 or Audi A3 ...) I got an Alfa Romeo Giulia that was so good but that was not at the same class with my reserved car.
The car was fine, but the German lady at the rental office was extremely grumpy. Just arriving in a foreign country and not yet accustomed to the English environment, I was slow to respond, and she was incredibly impatient. She misread my order and I had to argue with her for over half an hour until another employee came and sorted out my order. Due to the additional half-hour, I was charged for an extra day of rental. I asked for a refund through the rental platform, and also disputed the charge with my credit card company. When neither route seemed to work, the rental company proactively refunded me for the extra day. Lifelong fan of this rental platform.
When picking up the car, the model we reserved was not available, though that was not the main issue. The main problem was that when picking up the car, it was just left there without any staff to confirm its condition with us. What's worse, when returning the car at the airport, it took three staff members over fifteen minutes to check it, and they claimed there was a small dent on the right door (apologies, but none of the four of us noticed it because we are not professionals!). We drove very carefully and parked the car in a wide spot at the hotel to avoid any potential accidents at night, taking a taxi instead. The rental company said it might have been someone else who caused the damage, yet they still charged us! I would like to ask why no one checked the car with us when we picked it up, but they were so meticulous upon return. It seems intentional to find faults! Moreover, they checked our car very thoroughly, unlike with other cars before and after ours, which were returned quickly. This feels deliberate! We argued for a long time that day, but because our flight was about to take off, we couldn't continue and had to comply. Avis, please reflect deeply on this!
Efficient and friendly service with good car condition. I booked a Golf but almost got a BMW 1 Series. Ended up with a Peugeot 308 as I needed a bigger trunk. Not sure if that counts as a downgrade.

Extremely dissatisfied. I booked a Mercedes C, but ended up with an Audi A3. They insisted A3 and C are in the same class. When I said I wouldn't rent it, they threatened not to refund me. Unbelievable! Is there such an unfair policy? What can I do? I had to accept it. Complete garbage. Couldn't reach the customer service of Zuzuche the whole time. What are they even busy with? Terrible review!
The service was mediocre and there seemed to be some unfriendliness towards Chinese customers. Moreover, the sedan turned out to be a hatchback when we picked it up.
