The car rental customer service was a middle-aged woman. She was initially very friendly, but her attitude changed immediately when she heard we didn't need additional insurance. She started speaking faster, and the overall experience was poor. The car itself was fine with no issues. When returning the car, we were charged an extra fee that we didn't understand, but it wasn’t much, so we didn’t bother to dispute it.

Had to wait in queue almost two hours (after 11 hours overseas flight) at Pick-up, and when finally reaching desk, there were no cars. We could choose to wait 3-5 hours more or come back next day. We chose the latter, but next day the queue was even longer! We talked to a manager, and were directed to another queue, waited 25 min, but were then told to get back to the long queue because we did not have any proof from Yesterdays waiting! Were told that our situation was the same as all the other people waiting. But because we explained that the manager had promised he would help….the desk person suddenly said OK, and he gave us the car … and was very friendly. No deduction for the missing day.

Counter staff sold me misrepresented insurance.. told me I don’t have insurance for scratches and my collision insurance doesn’t cover for it.. when I receive my receipt.. it’s for premium road side assistance.. I decline to make payment for it and will lodge complaint against it.
Very good car and value for the price. Overall experience was good, but the staff sold me an option i didn’t intentionally subscribed (no gas tank refill before return). Probably frustrated because i was not giving any upsell, declining all options given at the counter.

1st experience with easyrentcars, excellent, impressed with the Price drop protector option
When I picked up the car, it was dark, and I only noticed the right fender was scratched the next day. I honestly reported it when returning the car, and the rental company processed it quickly without any hassle.
This is probably the most regrettable experience with this rental company. I booked an SUV for more space, but they gave me a small sports car, totally not what I asked for.
Arrived at the store at 11 PM, queued for over three hours and didn't get the car until after 2 AM. The staff were very rude. We reserved a BMW X3 but were given a lower-end Cadillac CT4. After checking the parking lot, there were no cars of the same class as the X3, which indicates false advertising. Do not choose this company.
This time I encountered a peculiar female staff member who forcefully sold additional insurance without asking and charged my card right away. When I checked the car rental agreement, I said I didn't need extra insurance and called the rental service's customer support to intervene. The representative asked the staff member to take the call, but she refused and withheld the rental agreement from me. After a long standoff, a manager-like Black gentleman took the call and handled the situation. Fortunately, I have had multiple rental experiences, but if it were a first-time renter, that female staff member might have succeeded. This issue is not specific to DOLLAR; it could happen with any company. Everyone should be cautious and promptly involve customer support to avoid lots of trouble.

Long line waiting pick up and check in for car. Staff very pushy trying to sell extras eg. more insurance, roadside assist, pore mpaids petrol option. Once check in complete all was good. Car clean, and in good serviceable condition. Good value for money.

There were no options for the car; other stores at least offer a choice from two or three cars. I mentioned going to the desert, but still got a two-wheel drive.
