Very quick to pick up car. As advised by EasyRentCars, they tried to sell us extra insurance and even claimed the insurance we purchased through EasyRentCars was invalid. They also made us pre-buy toll roads as they said it would be cheaper and hard to avoid driving on them based on our route. However, we never drove on a tolls road so that was a waste of money.

Very easy and smooth process, cheaper than competitors.

The free shuttle was quite convenient. However, when picking up the car, the staff kept insisting that we buy full insurance, claiming that our coverage was insufficient and didn't include roadside assistance. Initially, I didn't want to add any more insurance, but my husband was concerned about potential issues if we didn't, so we ended up adding one, which cost about $30 more than what we had initially paid on the platform. They also tried to get us to pay $40 for a full tank of gas, which I refused. We found out later that there were nearby gas stations where filling up didn't cost nearly that much. The pick-up and drop-off process was quite smooth, and the car was fairly new.

Dollar is absolutely awful. When picking up the car, I specifically told the clerk that I didn't need extra insurance. They verbally agreed, but still added over 200 dollars for insurance. I was in a rush to get to the hotel and trusted them, didn't check the paperwork and just signed it. My fault. I returned the car with a full tank and left the country, but over a month later, they charged my credit card without any notice. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Soorry. Bad exp. At counter and car pick area. Peole were rufe and file was not completely filled .... lack of more cars was an issue.

The car was quite old and not well taken care of, especially the tire which were of very poor quality

Rented here because of multiple previous good experience. Times before it was only 1-2 days rental, this time 11 days. Make sure you will check what you paying for as they got tendency to add you stuff you dont want just to earn more money.

Count with 30-40% higher price when you reach the counter even when you payed for whole booking with full insurance.

The costumer service is tooooo bad, they want to stolen me.

Had no problems in picking up or dropping off car. Staff were polite and helpful. There was an assumption that I'd want their extra insurance and not return car with full tank of fuel, but when I said no it was accepted immediately. All in all very satisfactory experience.

Best price and value, easy ordering, documentation very clear - what else would I need. Excellent Couldn't download their app!

Even though the app shows a lower price, there are additional fees when you get to the store. Please be aware.

The process was simple and efficient. Completed the rental process in five minutes and the return process in just one minute!

Beware of hidden charges! Just because they don't mention insurance doesn't mean it's not mandatory! During the reception, the staff only talked about TOLL, GPS, and full tank pickup and return. I apologize for my poor English; I didn't notice the detailed charges on the screen and thought it was related to the full tank return fees.

The car was fantastic. Exactly as described. Clean and well maintained. Great fuel efficiency. Did not have to fill up before drop off.

Dollar counter staff bumped my booking up by €300 when you have been travelling arrive late at night you really do not want to haggle on a price you think you have booked. Counter staff asked me to explain the vehicle protection insurance as I hadn’t booked directly with them? He also added on baggage insurance , medical insurance and daily toll road charges !! Not impressed with that

A WiFi would be really appreciated in all location. It would help a lot on customer satisfaction.

The process took a bit long

The car was not there on arrival. I had to wait an hour whilst management finished in order to make a decision. They tried to offer another type of car instead which would have been a downgrade...I said no They then drove the dirtiest car inside and out, to me that has clearly come from the queue from drop off. The told me that fuel was cheaper on drop off, but charged more for it. They also took a security deposit that they have yet to return Not happy
