Only fault was the car was not ready for pick up and we had to wait for it.

Could not work out how to get the price drop protection?

Pickup and drop-off were very convenient, and they didn't push additional insurance. The staff were very nice.

The car was well maintained and the condition is great. As requested the music system was best in the car for extreme road trip experience.

We didn’t get the exact car that we booked. It is similar size only. Somehow, we have searched and would like to drive what we want. Sometime, brand and exact model are the key for customer satisfaction. My trip went smooth but could be more pleasant.

Slow process to pickup car which unfortunately is an all too common experience. Agent wanted me to sign off on condition of car before seeing it which again is something I've experienced before but really irritates me. Otherwise the car itself was in good condition and suitable to our needs.

Excellent price at the time I booked and everything went smoothly. I would use again.

The key is to book early! This platform is easy to follow no doubt and made so much easier and better to arrange booking.

Waited 30 minutes before taking actual possession of the vehicle. Agent over insistant on selling insurance packages, already covered by credit card or personal insurance. Tried scaring us into renting a larger vehicle (because of the difficult Rocky Mountain hills). Turns out we were already upgraded. Multiple scratches on almost brand new vehicle. None noted on inspection sheet. Went back inside to simply see the agent indicate damages based on my own recollection, or even his own "probable"spots We eventually took photos of all damage to feel more comfortable with eventual issues. Drop off agent refused to inspect the vehicle in our presence upon return. The Vancouver airport may in the end be too busy a place to allow rental agents to do a correct job.

Waiting for the car take a little bit long (around 40mins), but the service is quite good. He give me another model car which it’s new car model and due to the engine is fuel economy, it help us to save more money

We booked after an Alaska cruise. The pick up location is a short taxi ride (easy walk if no luggage) from the cruise terminal. The Dollar agent was very helpful: helping with luggage when we arrived and departed; printing map of our planned drive and suggesting points of interest; planning route to hotel. Car was close by and ready. Return was easy, with receiving person getting trolley and helping with luggage.

Booking was easy and arrangement with rental agency very smooth.

When we were first at the Dollar office everything went fast.

Our confirmation paper said we had to go by shuttle bus. So we' spend a much time to find this.

The car itself was great, EXCEPT we really prefer that mini vans hold 8. I had reserved it weeks ahead. We still had to wait for over an hour.

Staff was okay...needs to be more informative on locations I needed to be at and show me on map on how to get to those locations..otherwise okay...

it took three cars to finally get what was expected...way too long for renting a top class of car

Thought price was high for our needs. Requested a build in GPS system but the vehicle given was the only one available with that or do we were told.
