The staff were very welcoming. They didn't push insurance on us but did suggest a rescue service, which we thought was useful and purchased.

After returning the car, I didn't receive any documentation. Just a 'finished' and I had no clue what else to do.

Good service attitude

1. Booked a Toyota Corolla but received a Hyundai Elantra on site. 2. The car was in poor condition with over 60,000 km on the odometer. Usually, it should not exceed 30,000 km. 3. Tires were aged and one leaked midway. I had to replace the tire myself at a cost of CAD 180, and the rental company refused responsibility. 4. The return location was difficult to find and had no signs outside the parking building. It took a long detour and guidance from Hertz staff to locate it.

The staff were quite friendly, asking about insurance and whether we needed snow tires.

Very satisfied with the service, pickup was quick.

Counter staff was unfriendly and in rush. However car was in good condition. Few marks on the body fat were not mentioned on the paper, had to make it signed

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and they provided a full tank of gas. No need to wash the car before returning.

I'm really upset because I paid three times what s been to me in the "said I'd pay, in the contract said I already had insurance with the price I got and finally turned out it wasn t true and they changed my car, it was actually an abuse, they didn't give me what I asked for and pay a lot of money

When the service staff could not sell me any insurance (because I had already bought on easyrentcars), he became impatient, and kept wanting me to sign the papers - when there were many dents/scratches that were not labelled on the contract. Thankfully the car was in good condition and the trip went without any hitch.

They pushed insurance hard, wasting more than an hour of our time.

At the store, I was not provided with roadside service offer. The staff confirmed that the towing fee was not my responsibility, but my credit card was still charged for towing fee, extra fuel fee, and roadside assistance fee (even though I had full insurance). There were many unclear charges on the final bill.

Very rude staff not understanding how it feels after you land from a 15 hours flight, insisting to charge a full day cause i had arrived an hour early than my pick up time !
