During the car return, the staff tried to extort money from me, pointing out a scratch that could only be seen from a specific angle, and asked for 2500 baht to settle privately, otherwise, they would deduct 5000 baht from my deposit. The scratch could only be seen under certain lighting and angle. I had taken photos of any visible paint damage during pickup, but this scratch was really hard to notice, probably only detectable by the staff. This kind of scratch could be fixed with waxing. Also, I had bought insurance which surprisingly didn’t cover this kind of damage? I had to catch a flight after returning the car, so I didn’t have time to find a place for waxing, plus they wouldn’t let me go without signing. They even raised the price during the argument, starting from 2000 and later increasing to 2500 when they saw I was in a hurry to catch my flight. Very malicious behavior!

Counter staff was very helpful and showed excellent customer service. I was really happy with the car itself - large boot, clean and comfortable.

YES. Not honest! Book a SUV according according to the vehicle type. BUT gave me a very old model which I’m VERY UNHAPPY WITH. Please kindly feed back to them. I also emailed them about my case. They have not reply to me. I m Feeling Cheated

Fast service

A bit of a wait due to an issue with the customer before me. But once they got to me, it was a smooth and straight forward process! The car itself was in fairly good condition, although it had a bit of a weird musk in the car and the air conditioning could be better. But the car was definitely spacious enough for four people and could fit 4 medium cases in the car. Definitely value for money!

Very convenient. Initially, I was apprehensive, worried about low-cost rentals leading to high-cost repairs. I even bought a more expensive insurance. But it wasn't that exaggerated. Everything went smoothly. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

An excellent value for the price. The pick up counter was a little difficult to find, but otherwise things went very well.

Car exterior not brand new. Had a few knocks. But inside is great. Aircon is great. Well maintained car. Easy processing.

場所は空港内ですぐにわかりましたが、お客さんが２組ならんでいて、スタッフ３名いるのに受付を１名で対応しているので、順番まで４０分ほど待たされた、それからの手続きなので、１時間はかかってしまったのが残念でした。まあ料金も安いし、満足です。

This company is consistent as usual. The vehicles are not new, lacking anti-theft locks, and you have to use the car key every time you open or close the door, which is very inconvenient. Most importantly, there are no parking sensors, so I need a friend to guide me every time I reverse the car in Thailand. Other companies usually have these features, but this one does not.
