Originally booked for the next morning, but after arriving by evening flight and changing my plan to rent earlier, the rental company arranged a car for me at no extra charge! Also, there was no extra charge for returning the car to a different location. The whole process took about 10 minutes, very convenient.

I did not realise it is hybrid car, though uses less fuel but trunk space was reduced. Prefer a normal Camry.

It seems to me that Thai Rent A Car takes advantage of the tourist, they charged us a fine of 5,000 baht because the boy who checked the vehicle in the delivery assured that he had smoked inside the car, the revision was done when it was still dark and had not left the sun and affirmed that there were some particles in the floor of the interior of the vehicle that showed that he had smoked inside. Although we denied having smoked inside, the boy told us that if they had smoked and that they did not return the bail that "was" 5,000 baht in a clear position of power since they had bail. We told him that we wanted to make a claim because we were not satisfied with his accusation and fine, but the boy told us that the claims could not be made until after the time of our departure from the flight, so we could not claim, we told him we wanted to warn the police and the same case, it would not arrive before our departure from the flight. I think they are abusing the tourist and this in the long term will harm them because at least we will not return.

They didn't inform us of any precautions when picking up the car. They just handed us a paper to sign, and that was it. In addition to rental fees, this company also scams you with insurance fees. Even the tiniest, barely noticeable issues will result in a 5000 charge at return.

The vehicle did not match the reservation.

The car was demaged all over, key only works at one door and the tyres had no profile. AFter 3 weeks I changed the car and renew the contract. It was not possible to make the contract longer. I did get another car full of problems. Motor stops and i cannot start it again. The automatic gearing does not work al the time. I have to stop the car and start again. bad manintenance.

No reverse sensor for the vehicle provided. It will be excellent if the vehicle has reverse sensor.
