The windshield was very dirty inside, I had to buy windex to clean it up to avoid reflection issue at night.

All went well except, car was almost empty on pick up, no worries though, after phoning and letting staff know, it was ok to drop off car empty as well. Only trouble was drop off. No one was there at office to drive the shuttle to airport as was part of deal. After phoning staff I was promised to be shuttled to airport within half an hour. No one came, another phone call followed and a promise of 15 min. Nothing happened. Had to call UBER and pay additionally. Thought it a good thing to support smaller businesses, but gotta beware of their reliability.

Honestly, one of the best, smoothest, most transparent nicest car location service I ever had globally. Congratulations, keep up the good work.

When i booked the car rental, it said 24 hrs a day. Once confirmed , we found out agency closed at 9 P M. Our flt was late, hubby ran to get car, 5 minutes before front door locked.

It would’ve been helpful to know that the place was closed on sat! The day I’m supposed to return the car! Had no idea what to do with car, keys etc. and had to Uber to the airport!!

False information about toll roads and insisting on paying 13.99 per day to cover tolls which we did not need at all. They said all Florida highways were toll roads. Arriving very tired and having to deal with this was very upsetting and disappointing.

There was no reason for Right Cars to charge any insurance in the amount of $149.7 (personal liability and supplemental liability) since State Farm assured us full coverage, when we called State Farm from Right Cars rental place in Miami. This is a rip-off. Please refund $149.7 for this unnecessary charge.

Wish I could have got shuttle to cruise terminal

The rental staff were extremely friendly and communicative in English. They agreed to let us return the car later and even gave us a free ride to the airport. They also helped us deal with a parking ticket. Really appreciate it!

I felt like they got you to thier business with the lure of low cost rental, but all the add on BS fee’s were threatening and nerve racking

Horrible experience. Was charged insurance even though it was prepaid through Easyrentcars. They said "this did not appear in their files". Good thing I had my receipt on hand!!! Then they still charged $2000 to my credit card for insurance deductible. Worst Manager ever. Forced to take Sunpass for $10/day. Everyone who came was super pissed off by the experience as well.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Bait and switched, and claimed that Supplemental Insurance was required by law when it fact it was not. Bold faced lies from the car rental company, still waiting for my deposit return despite it already having been three days.

the car had sour odor

Felt like I was cheated with the insurance. Didn't see anywhere where I had to drive my insurance. First time in 25 years I had to and then told my coverage was not enough. Will not ever use you again.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

Please refund my deposit. We called you to send us a shuttle to which you told us you cancelled hours earlier. We reminded you we had an after 6pm arrival. You wouldn’t come get us and you said you had no car for us. Please refund my deposit.

The staff at the rental counter were terrible. They made it seem like you couldn't drive in Florida without a Sunpass and did not have any maps. We later found out that there are very few toll roads that are Sunpass only and we were able to pay for a few tolls with cash. It seemed like a scam. And the check-in took a long time. I will not rent with them again.

If it is going to operate out of a major airport, it needs to adjust it hours. No one answered the phone, and there was no shuttle to the business. I had to rent from another company at the airport.

Do not rent from these people. They charged me insurance that was not required and wouldn't allow me to explain that I was already covered by my own insurance. The worker at the counter lied about the insurance coverage thus I paid almost twice that I should have. I would never never rent from this agency again - they have no business ethics.
