CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON EUROPCAR IN MILAN

The process was a bit slow, but everything else was good.

No queue for picking up the car, very fast and convenient.

Like: Smooth and efficient transportation. No additional charges was imposed for my 70+ age
Dislike: I had to pay for the GPS although it is a built in system

Since it's in the airport's underground parking lot, the area is very small and crowded, leading to longer wait times. However, other rental companies have the same issue. The staff's attitude was great, and the process was quick, so overall, I'm quite satisfied.

I booked a car in Milan, but we arrived late at the pick-up point during lunch break. After making a call, a friendly Italian guy came to open the door for us, although he charged a 30 Euro service fee, it was better than waiting for 2 hours. However, the automatic car we booked wasn't available because the system didn't have our order information. The only car left was a small manual Fiat, which we couldn't operate. Another automatic car had to be returned to Milan, not at a different location. Reluctantly, we had to give up. In the end, thanks to QEEQ for assisting with the refund after we returned.

The staff was a bit impatient as it was close to closing time

Car pickup was easy and quick, and the car was in good condition.

Easy to find, landed on time and went to pick up the car, but had to wait an hour to get it.

Renting a car from Milan Airport was convenient, but the tire pressure light came on the next day. We had to stop at every gas station to inflate the tires. When we reached Zurich, we asked the rental office to exchange the car, but after a test drive, the staff told us to press a button if the light came on again. We eventually had the tire fixed ourselves in Interlaken.

The store near the train station is quite busy. Fortunately, we were the first to arrive in the morning, and soon many people came. This location is in the city center without a parking lot, so the rental cars need to be driven over by the staff from another place. Our paperwork was completed quickly, but we waited almost half an hour for the car. The car was good, a Volkswagen diesel, powerful and spacious. Returning the car at the airport was easy; it's located in parking lot 2. The two guys there were nice and checked the car quickly.

Clean

My car was towed due to a parking issue, and I didn't know where it was. I went to the store to check and they gave me an address. I wanted to ask the staff to help me retrieve the car and I would pay the fee, but they said no one was available or had time. I had to ask my friend for help and it took over two hours to get the car back. I returned it that evening. It's good to have fellow countrymen when you're abroad.

Great service and a wide selection of vehicles.

The staff had a poor attitude. I originally booked to pick up the car at 9 am, arrived an hour and ten minutes early, and was told I had to switch cars if I wanted to rent right away, which would cost an extra 35 euros per day. The final cost nearly doubled the original booking. After completing the paperwork, the staff just handed over the keys without telling me the car number or where it was parked. One key corresponds to one car, so why can't they just provide the license plate number? Instead, I had to wander around the parking lot trying the keys in different cars. Italians are really disappointing.

Just so-so. The English accent was very strong, even though my English isn't great either. The communication was impatient, with eye-rolling.

Not reasonable

Speed and efficiency are always the strengths of these international rental car companies, especially with drop-offs taking just one minute to complete. However, I bought a super insurance from QEEQ, which the rental car company was unaware of. They strongly recommended I purchase their damage waiver insurance, and in the end, I bought an additional insurance for 16 euros per day.

I'm very satisfied with this store. It's close to Milan Central Station and there's a gas station nearby. The staff are very efficient as well.
