Terrible, thieves, schemes to extort money. I sent e-mail explaining the situation.

Denying responsibility for added charges at pick up, unwilling to remove them from the agreement. We will never use them again

They did not have the address of the drop off. I called and the address that was given to me was 30 mins away so it was incorrect. I took more than an hour until I had to drop of the car at another rental company otherwise I was going to miss my flight. Later when I told them where the car was I never received an answer to make sure they had found it. Terrible customer service .

Too many side expenses in a not transparent way. The process is horrible.

Second time I have used them. Once in Majorca and this time. Super long queues and the staff have a really bad attitude. We walked out without the car!

Staff when picking up and dropping off the car were very impolite. No customer care whatsoever.

Rude customer service lady, not telling the small print either. No carpet in the car, got charged €95 for leaving some sand in the car... apparently that needs special cleaning!! Never book with these guys again...

The wait for the car was unacceptable, especially as the wait was only to be directed to an electronic machine to enter my details myself. No apologies made for the wait, and limited instructions on how to return the car. I did get a free upgrade to a bigger car, however a bigger car in Malaga town centre is not that easy to fit into the tight spaces. It was very good value for money though at only £4.50 for 6 days, can't complain about that! Drop off was quick and easy, and thankfully all the car rental drop-offs are in the same place in the airport.

Pick up was fine. However when u drop off, record go will look for damage meticulously, even if not visible to naked car, they want a claim. They will try and make out dirt is damage. So be careful take pictures of any scruffs and dents and even the smallest scratches.

All a con. Deceiving, terrible. Will never use either of your companies again. Shameful

Their service was terrible so did not rent the car, I had to cancel.

It would be helpful if they make the address more clear as it’s in a industrial estate and difficult to find on google map.

The staff member was rude and tried to scam me. I had already purchased excess insurance but she was very reluctant to release the car even though I agreed to the £1400.00 held on my credit card. Luckily I was prepared but I imagine many people are so keen to get on holiday that they fall for this.

I didn’t get refunded what is owed to me and had to call.. I am now dealing with Customer Services
