Like: Bit slow on pick up of vehicle as counter was busy but still out in less than 20 minutes. Car had some damage but it was well documented on the paperwork and drop off was very fast and efficient . Found staff to be very friendly and helpful.
Dislike: No complaints, little concerned about damage but turned out to be no priblem

For four consecutive months after the rental, I was charged every month due to the same fine being applied each time. Because the amount was only a bit over 20 euros, I didn't notice until four months later when I was still being charged. Since I was in China at the time, I finally realized. However, the previous charges had already been paid off on my credit card. This company charged me five times for the same fine, which is outrageous. While the car rental platform has grown large, it includes many companies, and the cheaper and less-known ones tend to overcharge. It's unfortunate that the rental platform couldn't provide any assistance.

I originally booked a fully prepaid car, but on the day of pickup, I was told it was unavailable. To avoid delaying my trip, I had to upgrade the model. However, I later found out that the cost of the originally booked car was not refunded, resulting in double charges. I have kept the payment receipt and transaction records, but have yet to receive a resolution. I don't know if it's due to internal mismanagement of the rental company or inefficiency of the platform!

Terrible service. When I picked up the car, they asked me to sign a form and froze 207 Euros as a pre-authorization. I repeatedly confirmed with the staff that this amount would be unfrozen after the car was returned and that there would be no other charges unless there were violations. However, on the fourth day after returning the car, the entire pre-authorization amount was charged. After returning to my home country, it took two months of appeals to find out that a lot of additional fees were included. This rental cost me over a thousand yuan.

Scammed, requested a car change with no extra cost. In the end, they charged us an additional 221 euros and told us it was refundable at customs, but it wasn't a tax refund form at all.

Like: Ordered a 2 door Fiat Panda (which was the cheapest option) and got a Fiat 500 instead which we loved.

Terrible, this is the worst rental experience I've had abroad! Booked a BMW 2 Series, got a 1 Series instead. The car size and trunk capacity are completely different, leaving us with no space for our luggage. Their attitude was horrible, claiming they don’t have BMW 2 Series! They demanded 650 euros to switch to a Ford of the same size! It's just a scam! Downgrade the car and then charge extra. Two months after we got back, we were charged over 200 euros again. After multiple communications via the rental platform, they claimed it was for insurance. We had bought full insurance through the rental platform and explicitly declined insurance at pickup, signing no documents. They charged us on the last day before the credit card guarantee expired. Absolutely shameless and garbage service!

Like: An easy place to pick up from, helpful staff, no hassle.
Dislike: The car wasn't the convertible I'd wanted, but it was fine.

Charged 34 euro for 1 bar less to full tank.

The vehicle had warning messages and was damaged on 3 corners! We asked if there was a mapping system at the counter and were told no - so paid extra for a GPS system when there was a GPS in the car! At drop off there was no one at the counter and we had to call and wait for someone to come - he was then very cranky. All in all a terrible experience.

Dislike: I asked for a small size but was given mid size because they did not have any left. Parking was slightly more difficult.

The car rental company in Naples was quite difficult to find; it took us three hours to locate it.

Neither good nor bad, just so-so. Waited for 30 minutes, spent another 30 minutes discussing the car model, took 1 hour to rent the car.

The rental company caused trouble at every step. They charged five times the deposit compared to other companies for the same car model. It's outrageous. When we returned the car, they saw we had bought the full insurance and still charged us extra. I will never use this rental company again.

We have had very serious trouble with charges from Maggiore amounting to many Euroes. The reason is that Maggiore did not register our car properly (we ordered a BMW 3-series, but was given a 1-series - that was to small for us. Thus we changed to a Audi Q3 that was OK. But the person that got the BMW that we should have had was speeding and somehow the car was still registred on us... I have now received a fine from Italian police from a person driving a BMW at a location that I have never been. I was climbing mountains at the same time... The Maggiore will have to reimburse med for all the fines they have charged direkctely to my credit card and have to contatct italian poice (V/90746490X/2018) to have them cancel the fine.

The staff at this car rental company were really unsatisfactory. Because I am under 24 years old, I was required to purchase the young driver risk fee, which is understandable. However, when they were preparing the paperwork, they added insurance like 'Major Traffic Liability Insurance' without my consent. They tried to deceive us, claiming that because I was under 24, I also needed to buy this insurance. They even told us to ask other rental companies if we didn't believe them and were extremely impatient. During this time, I called the rental platform three times; the first two times, they said to follow the car rental company's rules, but the last time, a staff member proactively helped us contact the rental company by phone. In fact, the platform's staff were also quite unprofessional.

Not satisfied, they shirk responsibility.

The registration process was very simple, and the service was warm and welcoming. They personally guided us as we inspected the car's condition. Everything was efficient and timely.
